Zann Kwan, CFA, has 20 years of experience in finance and investments. Before founding Bitcoin Exchange, Ms. Kwan was a vice president in real estate portfolio and business management with the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC). She started her career as a financial auditor with Arthur Andersen and KPMG in Singapore and the United States of America respectively.

Paul Smith, CFA, leads CFA Institute, a global association of investmentprofessionals that sets the standard for professional excellence and credentials. Mr. Smith has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the asset management industry, including over 18 years in Asia. He joined CFA Institute in 2012 as managing director for Asia Pacific and was appointed president and CEO in 2015.

Shashank Kumar is the founder and CTO of Razorpay, a company he founded along with Harshil Mathur, after realizing the underdeveloped state of online payments in India. He graduated from IIT Roorkee and before founding Razorpay; he worked with Microsoft in Seattle as a Software Developer. At Razorpay, Shashank heads the technology function and leads product strategy, research, and development, and continues to be a developer to this day. Shashank is a frequent participant and speaker at fintech forums and was recognized in the "30 under 30" list of young achievers by Forbes Magazine in 2017.

In his capacity as director of content for Asia Pacific at CFA Institute, heconducts original research and develops educational products with a focus on the investment industry. Mr. Cao has been interviewed by a wide range of global and regional media outlets and is a frequent speaker at conferences on topics such as fintech and multi-asset investing. He has led the development of several CFA Institute publications on these subjects, including the CFA Institute FinTech 2017: China, Asia and Beyond report.

SANJAY JAINChief Innovation Officer, CIIE, IIM Ahmedabad

Sanjay Jain is the chief innovation officer at the Center for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship at IIM Ahmedabad where he is involved in the setting up of the Bharat Inclusive Technologies program and the Bharat Innovation Fund. He has played a significant role in the design and creation of various highly scalable systems that have had been used widely and helped the development agenda. He helped build and launch Google Map Maker and was the chief product manager of the UIDAI. Mr. Jain has a MS in computer science from the University of California, Los Angeles, & a B.Tech in computer science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
