Percentage  depletion  for  oil  and  gas  properties  is  limited  to independent  producers  and  royalty  owners  for  daily  production up  to  1,000  barrels  of  crude  oil  or  an  equivalent  amount  of natural gas. 

We  offer  working  interest  through  partnerships  that  are registered  with  the  Securities  Exchange  Commission  and offer  potential  monthly  cash  flow  and  excellent  intangible and tangible tax deductions.

Types Of Indepth Exploration LLC

Considering Oil and Gas Investments: ­ Indepth Exploration’s  team is made up of  experienced Geophysicists,Petroleum,Reservoir, Operation & Drilling Engineers, Certified Public Accountants, Financial Analysts, and Management team. 

Independent Oil and Gas Producers : Most Smaller Independent Operators, which drill the majority of the wells in the U.S., provide direct participation working interest in the wellbore for investors.

Intangible Oil & Gas Drilling Costs :  Since drilling wells is  the  only  finding  oil  and  natural  gas,  IDCs  essentially amount  to  what  any  other  industry  would  be  able  to deduct  as  a  part  of  its  cost  of  goods  sold,  a  concept  of accounting and tax law as old as the tax code itself.

Oil  &  Gas  Production  Depletion  Allowance  :  Independent producers and royalty owners can claim percentage depletion of 15% on domestic production.

4D Seismic Imaging

4D with zero time­lapse, meaning no production­induced subsurface change, is a repeatability study. 

Advanced 3D Seismic Interpretation

3D seismic interpretation which relies on the use of 3D surveys which provide visualizations of structures in three dimensions.

2D Seismic

This is the oldest type of seismic, and is called “2D” seismic, because the image has an x and y dimension, but no z dimension. 

Hydraulic Fracturing

Slimhole Drilling (Micro or Small Hole)

Slimhole drilling, at least 90 percent of a well must be drilled with a drill bit less than six inches in diameter. 

MWD Tools (Measurement While Drilling)

MWD systems allow for the collection of data from the bottom of a well as it is being drilled.

Underbalanced Drilling

Underbalanced drilling is technique that hydrostatic pressure from drilling mud is less than reservoir pressure
