1. Book and hold AT LEAST 10 Income Producing Activities (IPA’s) each Month
• IPA’s are any activity that tells the Arbonne story (your story, the product information, the business information and 3 ways to win)
• The three main ones we focus on are: Group Presentations, Product Trials, and Business Presentations
2. Tell the Arbonne Story to AT LEAST 30 - 40 NEW people each month with the IPA’s you have booked.
Consistency is super important! 30-40 each month is better than 60 one month and then 5 the next. A combination of activities works the best, you can adjust to make it fit your life. You have options!

4 Group Presentations with 5 guests at each = 208 Product Trials with your RE9 sets = 84 Guests to a Discover Arbonne = 4
Total = 32 People
3. The goal from your IPA’s is to hit AT LEAST 2,500 QV New and You Plus 5 new Preferred Clients and/or Consultants each month in your business.
“New and You” is your volume plus your newly sponsored Consultant’s volume that month. New PC’s should have a minimum of 150 QV or $195 - this is when their Free Product Gift kicks in and it is the amount you need them to have to qualify for bonuses and incentives. New IC’s should be sponsored with at least 2 ASVP’s. Consultants need tools to do this business or they won’t make money.

Which product should you use?
• RE9 Advanced (Full size or trial packs) are the biggest driver in your business! We make the most money, accumulate the most QV, and have the most reorders on this line. People see difference in their skin within 24 hours with clinical results to back that change up. So this line is a great “door opener” to our brand. Even if they end up using a different line, this the one you want to start with. A full sized set is more effective because it creates a timeline for pickup.

• “If I dropped off a trial set of our incredible anti-aging skincare line, would you try it out?”

What do you say at the drop off?
• “So this is how it works… I leave this with you for the next 3 days to try free, and in return, I just ask you for 20-30 mins of your time to ask you some questions about your experience. Does that work for you?”
• “Great, so what time on _____ (Saturday) works for you?” - Book the appointment and pass the bag over.
• “I know you’re going to love this line! Let me give you a few quick tips to make sure you have an excellent experience” - Have them unzip the bag and pull out a bottle.
• “Each bottle is numbered (walk them through the bottles on the brochure) Simply use the line exclusively morning and night. One pump of each product is all you need. (Show them one pump) the night cream is in sample tube. (not in the tub to be sanitary) Any questions?”
• “Great! I’ll see you on ______ @ _____! I am looking forward to hearing about your experience!”
One Day after Drop Off
• Text client after Day 1 to see how it’s going and make sure they remembered to start using it.
Income Producing Activity #1 How to do a Product Trial
Follow-up meeting to go through “Product Experience Follow-up”
• After you chat a bit, say “I can’t wait to hear about your experience! I just have a few questions to ask you”
• Pull out your “Product Experience Follow Up” (the whole object of going through this is to create a conversation with them about the products and Arbonne. Don’t pass it over to them to fill out! (It won’t work as well). Work your way through the questions - don’t worry people like to answer questions about themselves!
• The key question on this survey is “Did this trial meet your skincare needs?” Once they answer positively, your job is to show them how to get it at the best deal… see “Closing the sale”.
• If they answer negatively, or with a “but” then take the opportunity to discuss other lines or adding in an acne wash etc, instead… help them find a solution that would work.
Closing the Sale
• Your job is to create value for them - the ASVP is the Very Best Deal! ($600 value for just over $300 for the RE9 Face ASVP)
• “Great! I am so happy it worked for you! Let me show you the BEST package… when you sign up to be a preferred client, you get this line PLUS a free product, so if you loved that primer, you can get that for free. PLUS if you loved the RE9, you’re going to love the results with the genius pads, it will simply amp up your skincare experience.. so it’s a $600 value for just over $300!”
• Pull out the three ways to win, to show them the best deal. Assume they are going to buy the whole set. Wait!
• If they are not able to purchase the entire set - then focus on the $195 order which still earns them a free product. (The serum, eye cream and night cream are the products that will create the most difference.)
• If cost is a factor, be sure to offer the opportunity to host, they can earn their product in host rewards. The business opportunity is also a solutions that can be offered.
Finish the Sale
• Fill in the necessary info, get their credit card info etc.
• Respect their time and yours… avoid “I’ll call you tomorrow to get that info, etc”
Finish the Product Experience Follow Up (Referrals, booking, business)
• If they give you referrals, be sure to get contact info… or have them contact their contact first to arrange a trial. Book a date to host if interested. If there is interest in an income, invite them to a Discover Arbonne, or to a coffee date/three way call with your upline.
Thank you!
• Thank them for their time and be on your way!
Follow Up
• After 3 days - (thank you, any questions)
• 3 weeks - Drop off other product lines to try & get their testimonials.

3. “Hi Sally, as you know I own my own business now in the health and beauty industry and I am doing a handful of exclusive events this month and I was wondering if you would be interested in hosting one?” If they respond YES:“Great! Thank you so much! Let’s go ahead and pencil something in. Does a weekend or weeknight work best for you?”
GIVE THEM 2 OPTIONS OF OPEN DATES THAT YOU HAVE AVAILABLE AFTER THEY HAVE STATED THEIR PREFERENCE.
IF THEY HAVE HESITATIONS: ‣ Too busy: “I understand. What I am finding is that these events are super easy, I will do all of the work for you and you your friends will get a relaxing night off!
‣ I don't have many friends: “Our average event is only about 3-7 people. Small get togethers are great and we can still have a lot of fun!
‣ Let me check with my friends: Why don’t we just pencil in a date that works for the 2 of us and if we need to change it later for a date that works better with your friends, we can absolutely do that!
‣ My place is really small/remodelling, etc: Offer to have it at your place or find a coffee shop close by!
‣ NO: I completely understand. I am actually launching my business at my place on _____________. I would be honoured for you to come as one of my guests! Do you think one of those days would work for you?

Want to ensure your shows / events you’ve worked so hard to get on your calendar HOLD?Follow these easy steps to decrease cancellations and postponed shows.
Step One: Thank You Card Be sure to send a thank you card & Host Package as soon as a host books – confirm the date and the time and when you will be in touch. Include host letter & Arbonne difference Document. (documents to include can be found at www.succeednations.com > system for success > Host Coaching) and a hand-written “thank you” card as soon as the event is booked and dated. Mail or drop off in a card in a clear 8 1/2 x 11 envelope. www.clearbags.ca).
Eg. “I’m so excited for your upcoming Arbonne Event on August 5th! You are doing me a wonderful favour and I am so thankful for you being open to having a few friends over to hear about Arbonne! Host are the lifeline of my business, I can’t wait to spoil you with host specials in return!! I will be in touch with you about 7-10 days before your event to chat more about everything and if you’d like I can give you a few of my personal favourites to sample then too! Thanks again and we’ll chat soon!”
Step Two: Coach your host on what to say to get guests to attend: Tell them how much you are looking forward to pampering and spoiling them friends and that it’s going to be really fun! An ideal party is 4-6 people. One third of those invited are usually able to attend so they needs to invite 12-18 people. Keep it simple – a buffet of snacks and drinks is not necessary – a couple simple but fun snacks that are keeping with theme are all that’s necessary.
(the #1 reason hosts cancel is because they can’t get guests to attend) Here is some verbiage you could suggest to them to invite their guests!
If the person being invited knows a bit about Arbonne…"Hi_____, I'm having an Arbonne & Wine (don't add the wine part if you know they don't drink lol) Night at my place on Tuesday, Feb 17th at 7 pm. I'm super excited because we are going to be doing facials and hand treatments!! You have to try the new skin care I've been using and they have new 40% discounts on the most popular products!!! The products are pretty awesome! You should come check it out!!! I've only got 6 spots available so please let me know if you can make it otherwise I'll open it up to someone else! It's going to be a fun night :)”
If the person they are inviting doesn't know much about Arbonne…“Hi _____, I'm hosting an Arbonne & Wine Night at my place Tuesday, Feb 17th at 7pm and I would love for you to join us! Arbonne has amazing products I think you will love! There is skincare line that I've just started using (I love it), a vegan, gluten free nutrition line and cosmetics that are amazing! I have been using Arbonne products for a while now and love everything I try....I think you will too;). I've only got 6 spots available so please let me know if you can make it otherwise I'll open it up to someone else! It's going to be a fun night: )”
Eg. “Hi Sally, I’m hosting an Arbonne Get Together for my friend (Consultants name here) and I thought of you right away! You have to check this stuff out, there products are amazing!! it is August 5th at 7 pm at my place and I have 6 spots available, do you want me to mark you down for one of them?!”
Host Planning for a Successful Event
Step Three: Make your Host an “Arbonne Lover” before their event (2 weeks prior)
• Offer a Pamper Basket a few days before the party with a few of your favourite products in it. Include a few of our best-sellers. RE9 Skin Care Set or Sample, FC5 Shower Set, Makeup Primer, Pure Vibrance Hair Serum. Also include: extra order forms and some business information (Hosts make great business partners!) Ask the Host to share their testimonials at their show!
• The verbiage I use for including business info is “I can’t wait for you to try everything in this pamper basket, I’ve added a few of my personal favourites as well as a bit of business info for you to take a look at.” (follow up with the business info after their event to see if they want that event to be their official launch event or their first “money making” event)
• Explain that all the guests have the opportunity to get 20% - 40% off their products at the party and their will be free product for booking incentives too.
Step Four: Explain the Host Specials to the Host before the event. (Often hosts assume that there isn’t much in it for them to host, we are able to offer the best host rewards thanks to Arbonne)
• Have your host write out their wish list of all the products they hope to earn so you (the Consultant) can help them achieve this.
Step Five: “Spice it up” if you have to (make it a theme party)

Step Six: The Final Details (phone host 3 days before their event)
• Tell them how excited you are to meet their friends (not “are we still on”)
• Ask host “How many are you expecting?” “So who are we spending the evening with?
• Let them know you will arrive 30-45 minutes before the party starts to setup.
• Ask them to have a sink area clear (for mini facials and / or hand treatments).

Step by Step: Entering A Group
THINGS TO REMEMBER: 1. To offer HOST REWARDS you NEED minimum 3 buying guests and 250QV total. (Please see
Host Rewards Flyer for more details)
2. CONSOLIDATED SHIPPING – All orders consolidated will be shipped to the SAME ADDRESS. You NEED 3 GUESTS consolidating their orders in order to offer this. Each guest order will be charged $7 shipping regardless of their order total.
3. ENTER HOST ORDER LAST – The presentation volume from guests orders accumulated together to offer the host rewards. (Please see Host Rewards Flyer for more details)
4. A minimum of three orders with unique Arbonne IDs (whether Client, Preferred Client or Independent Consultant) must be placed through the program as guests for the Host to qualify for rewards. Host Rewards cap at 1,250 QV.
5. When the Group Presentation total QV is 500 or more, Hosts will receive free shipping for products selected as the Host Rewards. This offer is not available for Consultant Hosts.
6. Products that are NOT allowed in the Host Rewards ($150 for $35) include:
• Brush Set, item #7098
• Product Sets (eg. RE9 Advanced Set), instead of entering sets as 1 item, enter each individual item # and build the setup piece by piece.
Step One: Connecting and Building a Relationship
• Make two lists from the 100 person list you did in your start up workbook.
• Your goal is to write down as many names as you can think of people who you would like to partner with, and who you feel need to hear about this business opportunity.
• Ask yourself “How can I help create a positive change in this person’s life?”
• Take yourself out of the equation. This has everything to do with them and nothing to do with you (except to enjoy their partnership).
• Remember that if they say no to the business, you still want them to try product, and attend or host an event.
List One: Those whose needs you know (see sample below)
• People who may have a need for the business i.e financial, desire to be available to kids, aging, parents, have money but not time, people who would like to have more vacation time, be their own boss.
• Group according to needs. Go to step 2
List 2: Those whose needs you DO NOT know (see sample below)
• Connect over coffee, phone, Facebook chat – you don’t need to mention Arbonne yet… just focus on them… who are they, what are they looking for? How might Arbonne equal their dreams?
• Ask lots of questions to identify what their needs are (ie. “So what are you doing these days? Oh, that’s great, you must love that!” Kids? Busy? Do you still go to the gym we used to go to? etc.
• Focus on connecting or reconnecting and listen for the need. You are looking to see if Arbonne is a fit for them.
STEP 2: Providing Some Information About Arbonne
• Reach out again to let them know that you have an opportunity that would help them
• i.e. “Hi John ... I can't help thinking about what you said the other day and I didn't mention to you what I do but I think I can help wondering, if I sent you a video that explains a little bit about it and how it could help you, would you consider watching it?
• If they say “No” - “I totally understand, If I dropped off a free 3 day trial of our clinically proven Anti-aging skincare line would you use it and give me some feedback?” Book drop off

• If they say “Yes” - “Great, I will send it to you and then we can chat after if you have any questions.When do you plan on watching it?
• “Sounds good, what time would be a good time to connect, it will be super quick, it’s just 4 quick questions?”

Step Three: Gathering Feedback/ Setting up the Next Meeting Connect and ask the following 4 Questions
1. What did you like best about what you heard?
2. What did you learn?
3. Do you know people who would be interested in this type of product or are looking to make extra income?
4. On a scale of 1-10 with1 being “I never want to hear about Arbonne ever again, 2-5 you want to try out the products, and 6-8 you want to a bit more info, 9-10 being that you are very interested and would like to learn more about having our own Arbonne business with me, where are you right now?
• No one is ever a 1!• If they are a 2-5: Offer a product Trial “I understand, we do have an incredible clinically proven anti-aging skincare line with me people begin to see results in 24 hours, if I dropped off a sample of it, would you use it and give me some feedback? (Book a drop off appointment)
• If they are a 6-8 – Book a three way conversation with your upline “I understand I definitely had questions as well. Let’s set up an opportunity for you to chat with someone who has been doing this longer…my friend (or Business Partner) “X” should be able to answer all of your questions.”
“We can do it in person or on the phone (or Facebook chat)… what works for you in the next day or two?” (Your upline with go through the business information in more detail and give them time to ask questions)
• If they are a 9 to 10 – Book a three way call with your upline “Sounds great, let’s get you started! I’m excited to work with you!”

You just had someone say YES they want to be a consultant - they are a 9 - 10! What do you do next? You simply close the process like you would a PC. You need to get them signed up
and place their start up order.

Step Two: Use the Investment Order sheet to explain what tools we use.
• Explain that they will use the RE9 sets as employees to sample “one on one” and they will need RE9 and Healthy Living ASVPs to display and sample at presentations. Keep it simple.
• Let them know that you will show them how they can earn their investment back.
• Go through the Investment order options together - “What would you like to do?”
• Listen and let them talk it through it.
• When they have reached a decision say “Great, lets get that done for you.”
Step Three: Fill in the paperwork or enter the order together If they need to talk to a spouse at this point - “no problem, if we booked a follow up meeting for tomorrow would that work for you?”

• You will go through the getting started document with them at this time.
• Let them know you're going to partner with them and match their effort
• You’re excited for them to get started
• Emphasis the importance of following the 7 day getting started plan!
• Read though day one and set up the date for strategy session #1 for the following day!
