Wedding Folly FOR OUTDOOR CEREMONIES WE ARE ABLE TO OFFER THIS AMAZING GARDEN FOLLY FOR WEDDING CEREMONIES

• £325.00 to hire this amazing Garden Folly• Fitted with LED lighting• Ornante inside roof• Seating outside for 140 Guests (over 140 can be

seated but a supplement charge may apply)

• Fitted with speakers for music for guests• Complimentary red carpet

(weather permitting)• 50% of fee will be returned should the weather

be inclement and you are not able to use the folly.

DO YOU ALLOW BOUNCY CASTLES?Yes, but the company must have Public Liability Insurance and it must be manned all day by the company providing it. There is also a charge of £95.55 to cover the electricity cost for the day.

WHAT TIME WILL MY WEDDING END?The finish time is 12am, this can be extended to 1am if pre arranged and a fee of £105.85 will be applied.


DO YOU ALLOW FIREWORKS OR CHINESE LANTERNS? Fireworks and Chinese Lanterns are not permitted at the Hotel due to close proximity of the boundary of the Manor. We are also close to a Farm and believe it is unfair on any Livestock.

DO YOU HOLD CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS? We are delighted to hold Civil Partnerships or same sex Weddings.

WHEN CAN MY GUESTS BOOK THEIR BEDROOMS?

wedding booking fee is paid to the hotel, your guests can begin to book bedrooms - payment in full is required on booking which will be fully refundable up to 2 weeks before arrival on individual bookings only. The same applies for any bedrooms required for the night before your Wedding.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY DEPOSIT?

Six months before your Wedding Date you are requested to pay a further 50% of your estimated wedding balance. We will then contact you 8 weeks before your wedding to invite you to go through your Final Details. From the information given we will then send you a pro forma invoice for the balance of your Wedding Day, this is to be paid two weeks prior to the date itself.

WHO WILL ANNOUNCE THE SPEECHES ON THE DAY? Your Master of Ceremonies will be with you throughout your day and will announce all your speeches and toasts.

HOW DO I BOOK MY WEDDING AT ROGERTHORPE MANOR HOTEL? After browsing through your brochure it is time to book an appointment with one of our dedicated Wedding Coordinators. At your appointment we will show you all the hotels facilities and answer all your queries!

HOW DO I CONFIRM MY BOOKING? We will reserve a date for you for up to two weeks; this is classed as a Provisional Booking. During this period if

non-refundable booking fee and a signed contract. If you wish not to continue with your booking after two weeks we will cancel your provisional booking. If both function rooms are booked a £1500 non-refundable booking fee is required.

ReviewI had my wedding here yesterday and I cannot even explain how amazing this place is. The staff are amazing. I cannot thank Karen enough our wedding manager who has been there from booking right up till the day any issues queries I had she was there to answer and reassure me. Also Lee the master of ceremonies was fabulous throughout our day making sure me and the groom and our guests had drinks and that we were all happy he made the day run smooth and made us feel at ease with his slight humour. Massive thank you to Rogerthorpe Manor it’s exceeded my expectations I can definitely say it was my dream wedding. Thank you all so much, Mr and Mrs Edwards.

Was at this venue yesterday for a wedding and it was absolutely fantastic. From the first minute of our arrival everyone from the the car park attendant who gave us excellent instructions on where to park etc. To the bar staff and waiting staff were absolutely terrific. Can I also put a special message in for the master of ceremonies Lee. Who by the way is absolutely brilliant so attentive to all of us and he put us all at ease as we were all very nervous please send a special thank you to him. Even the DJ and reception staff so a massive thank you to you all and will definitely be back at some point.

We had our wedding on Sat 29 June and we stayed with friends and family for the full weekend. I can honestly say that it was the best day we could ever have asked for everything we needed and wanted was done for us and the staff was brilliant couldn’t have asked for anything more. The food was beautiful and everyone commented on how perfect and smoothly the day run. We would like to give special mention to Karen who helped us plan and organise our day she was there from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from Karen and all the staff. Anybody looking for the perfect wedding then this is definitely a place to be looked at!! I can’t recommend it enough!!
