On the first attempt, these determinedwomen successfully completed the staterecord over Skydive Sebastian.
On April 29, 2017 the Florida CanopyPiloting Association will hold a competitionat Skydive Sebastian at the swoop pond.Competitors will gather to compete forspeed, accuracy, and distance. Thecompetition is structured with rules thatallow intermediate canopy pilots to safelyexperience competition by flying a safedistance off the ground; while the procompetitors have rules requiringcompetitors to drag a toe across thewater. This is a fantastic competition forspectators.
