Mean temperature for the 24 hours, normal for the day, 26. 30 29 2/ 26 26 25 24 24 25; WEATHER SYNOPSIS Pressure will be falling over Western New York today as warmer air moves into the area. Very cold air continues over much of Canada. It would not take much to cause it to plunge southward across the Great Lakes. During the next 24 hours and probably longer there is little likelihood that it will .do so. Instead some of the warmest air so far this month may be with us. * Federal Land Bank Bonds NEW YORK (AP) - Clgsing Federal Land Bank Bonds: 3%S April .' ........ 1961 4S April ........... 1961 4%S Jun* 1961 4s Sept 1961 3%s Feb , 1962 4s May 1962 4%s Aug 1962 2%S May 1963 4'/2S April 1964 4S Oct 1964 4$ Oct 1965 3tos May 1966 100.2 100.6 100.22 100.18 lOTj.8 100 28 102.18 98.20 102.8 100.28 101.2 97.12 100.24 101.8 103 106.16 94.16 106.24 101.16 94 99.16 97 100.6 100.10 100.30 100.26 100.12 101.4 102.26 99.4 102.24 101.4 101.10 97.28 101.24 102.8 104. 107.16 95.16 107.24 102.16 95. 100.16 98 4 93% 93% 93% 1 44% 44% 44% ~ to 10 97 97 97 + 1 % 515 « 36 15 14% 14%- % j RapidAm cv5%s64 3 133 133 133 -7 9 30% 30 30 - % SoCalEd SslSL 2 104''j 104% 104%- to Z20 91 90% 91 + to SoCalEd 4%s82H 10 102% 102% 102%+ % SoCalEd 3s65 39 96 99% 95%+ to SoCaiGas 3tos70 1 91% 91% 91%+ % 3%- % 17%+ % 10%- to 31 6% Z150 60 2 17% .2Sf 15% 4% 6 6 + to 59 60 +2% 17' 1 17%+ % 15% 15% 4% 4%+ to 9-33 9% 9-32 3% 5% 543 Pac Clay 1.20 PGAE6pf 1 50 10 39% 39to 39to+ to 4 31% 31% 31%+ % Fatorex Cp JO* I eto 6% e t o - to FactorMa^A tOb 17 34% 33% 34%+ to 9to- % t»GE S.S0 pf 1.37 3 20% 28% 28% PGE Spf 1.25 3 24 25% 26 + % PGErd pf 1.25 4 25% 25% 25%- % PGErd pfA 1.25 1 25% 25% 25%+ FairchCam .90* Faiar East Falcon Sbd Fan Farm 1 Faraoay Ur .15 Fargo Oils Fed Pt4i-c> .22* Felmt Pet Fiimways .131 Finan Gen 30b FstN Real Firth Sterl FstNReal pf.OJ Fiscti A Por Fly Ttg*r .OOr Ford Can 3 Ford Ltd .209 30 132% 12 32% 4 5% 3 17% 12 1 3-14 71 3 7-14 2 S% 14 5% 1 Sto 5 10 13 3% •a s% 1 10to 23 20% I 10 . Many Offer Aid to WNY Runaways

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., Jan. 12 UP)—Scores of calls offering help to a pair of runaway New York teen-agers flooded the local Police Department switchboard today.

The callers offered everything from honeymoon suites in the finest hotels to wedding rings and gown to Caroline Bartz, Scottsville, N.Y., and Gary Benz, Avon, N.Y. Both are 11.

They ran away from borne New Year's Eve because "our parents wouldn't let us marry and Gary's father told him to leave home or stop seeing me," Caroline said. They were picked up by p o l i c e here Tuesday and rot consent to marry from her father, John Barts, by telephone.

Although the two aren't under arrest, City Judge Robert Durden has ordered them held in jail until her parents arrive.

"They're fine kids. They didn't have any money to eat or any place to stay. They don't belong in jail. I'll order them released the minute they have somewhere to go," Durden said.

WEATHER SYNOPSIS Pressure will be falling over

Western New York today as warmer air moves into the area. Very cold air continues over much of Canada. It would not take much to cause it to plunge southward across the Great Lakes. During the next 24 hours and probably longer there is little likelihood that it will .do so. Instead some of the warmest air so far this month may be with us. *
