At Edge Hill Students’ Union we know our students and are ideally placed in the heart of the student community. We have excellent direct links with our students and have recently embarked on an intensive research project with them to assess their wants and needs from us.

As our demonstration of numbers above shows, we are in an ideal position to be able to offer a wide variety of marketing opportunities to local and national businesses.

EHSU in numbers

Freshers Week is without doubt the busiest week of the University calendar. It’s the key time to get your business known to our students.

In August, we post a welcome pack to every student who has expressed an interest in attending Edge Hill. This pack goes to approximately 5000 perspective students.

We offer the opportunity for up to eight businesses to have their leaflets included in this pack. Leaflets must be A5 or smaller.

The deadline for receiving materials for inclusion in this pack is 27th July so booking early is vital.

Bag on the bed in a new initiative for 2012. Every student arriving in Halls of Residence on campus will have an EHSU tote bag on their bed. If you want to guarantee your companies information being in the hands of the 1350 students on Ormskirk Campus, getting your information, or better still, freebies, in these bags is the best way to do it!

Stall HireCome face to face with the students of Edge Hill throughout the year by having a stall in the ‘Hub’ building in the heart of campus. You will be able to trade directly from the stall.

FlyeringThere may be occasions when holding a stall isn’t necessarily the right thing for what you are wanting to promote so we offer the opportunity for you to come on to campus to distribute flyers to our students.
