Community Association News Alcohol Policy Revision For Interest GroupsThe Board of Directors approved and adopted a revision to the Rules and Regulations and the Facility Use and Rental Guidelines regarding alcohol on January 30, 2017. The revision allows Interest Groups to submit an application to drink alcohol (BYOB) during their scheduled meetings. Only residents in the meeting can drink and groups must provide a non-drinking resident monitor at each session. All of the changes can be found on the website, www.delwebbmirehaven.com, see governing documents. If you have any questions, please see your Community Director or Lifestyle Coordinator. In This

are many times that residents are out for an entire day (or more) and their pets
need to be fed, let outside, walked, loved, watered, etc.
If you are interested in caring for other resident’s pets please email resident

willing to help other residents with their pet(s) needs. Nancy will send out to all
participants the list of volunteers so you can contact a volunteer directly to arrange
pet care.
