STAFFINGIn a new enterprise , the staffing function follow the planning and organisign function . In the case of running an enterprise, staffing is a continuous process. So, the manager should perform this function at all times. The staffing function includes recruitment, selection, training, development , transfer, promotion and compensation of personnel. It is obvious that the management must ensure a content availability of sufficient number of efficient excusive in an enterprise for the efficient functioning of the enterprise.
