Feedback is essential for communication to whether your communication is up to

the target or not. because in communication all you want Is that you put yourself

instead of customer. Feedback is important to see that whether receiver has

understand your message or not that you have intended to deliver and that sender

should understand. Feedback can be given by according to the receiver is in term

of both verbal and non-verbal so you have to deal with the both. And feedback is

defined as “the response of the receiver after listening the message from the

sender”. It can be oral and it can be written also like an email..It enables you to

your evaluate the effectiveness of your message, it makes communication

meaningful. It complete the whole process of communication, it sustain the
