Session OverviewThe purpose of this session is to provide data leaders new to eduCLIMBER a possible guide for implementation in their schools/districts. Through the shared experiences of two fellow first-year eduCLIMBER users, important considerations for your rollout of eduCLIMBER will be discussed:
- Assessing the data culture of your organization
- Which members of your organization should be using eduCLIMBER now vs. later
- Which features of eduCLIMBER are best-suited to the various user groups in your district
- Examples of the best time-saving or eye-opening uses of several eduCLIMBER features you should consider using right now

Consider the following:
- What data sources/tools are already in use?
- MTSS structures - where are you?
- Bottom line: eduCLIMBER is best alongside sound practices

- What do MOST of your staff need to know/use in Year One?
- No need to scrap prior/historical data tools/sources
- Key staff members can take advantage of specific tools

Session Review (Closing Thoughts)The purpose of this session was to provide data leaders new to eduCLIMBER a possible guide for implementation in their schools/districts. After today’s session, don’t forget these important considerations as you continue to expand eduCLIMBER usage in your school/district:
- Assess the data culture of your organization. Is eduCLIMBER a tool that will immediately enhance already-sound practices, or do those practices need to be established alongside eduCLIMBER?
- Which members or your organization should take the lead with eduCLIMBER? Data-minded leaders are best; tech skills are a plus.
- Which features of eduCLIMBER should you use now? Think ease of use and maximum benefit (i.e. time-saving). Which can be saved for later?
