tightening of requirements for waste disposal.
We have a response for your need to have an environmental friendly and safe solution to discharge waste
streams to the environment or to recycle water. Our water treatment solution treats waste water in the oil
and gas industry be it offshore or onshore.
The system consists of three distinct components:
• ImmaPure-SW for the treatment of slop water
• ImmaPure-PW for the treatment of produced water
• ImmaPure-NF for the purification of waste water and the reduction of total organic
carbon content
The complete unit has a small footprint and is easily installed. It can be a transportable unit, commissioned
into a container, therefore making it highly suitable for offshore operations. The system for separating
suspended solids and dispersed oils comfortably fits into a 13ft container or a 20ft container, depending on
your production capacity requirement.
It is also fully automated, controlled via an operator touch panel and therefore requires less manpower.
Further it is designed for remote management from a control room or even a remote location via internet.
Hence it is an effective equipment for a centralised control environment.
Our solution is a fully automated system with high
processing power and utilising membrane technology
to remove suspended solids, dispersed oils, heavy
metals and to reduce the total organic carbon content
from waste water. We have an efficient treatment rate
of less than 5 ppm of dispersed oil in treated water.
Our solution uses non-organic ceramic membranes. A magnetic inductive flow meter controls the speed
of high pressure pumps that in turn maintains the optimum feed quantity into the system. Through a
unique flow system, plugging of the membranes is vastly reduced as the flow continually carries unfiltered
particulates and macromolecules through the system with little accumulation. The intelligence built into
the design automatically switches the system to a cleansing sequence and subsequently stop mode when
it detects a reduction or lack of waste water being fed in. This feature not only ensures continuous and
reliable operation at all times, but also gives you energy savings.

tightening of requirements for waste disposal.
We have a response for your need to have an environmental friendly and safe solution to discharge waste
streams to the environment or to recycle water. Our water treatment solution treats waste water in the oil
and gas industry be it offshore or onshore.
The system consists of three distinct components:
• ImmaPure-SW for the treatment of slop water
• ImmaPure-PW for the treatment of produced water
• ImmaPure-NF for the purification of waste water and the reduction of total organic
carbon content
The complete unit has a small footprint and is easily installed. It can be a transportable unit, commissioned
into a container, therefore making it highly suitable for offshore operations. The system for separating
suspended solids and dispersed oils comfortably fits into a 13ft container or a 20ft container, depending on
your production capacity requirement.
It is also fully automated, controlled via an operator touch panel and therefore requires less manpower.
Further it is designed for remote management from a control room or even a remote location via internet.
Hence it is an effective equipment for a centralised control environment.
Our solution is a fully automated system with high
processing power and utilising membrane technology
to remove suspended solids, dispersed oils, heavy
metals and to reduce the total organic carbon content
from waste water. We have an efficient treatment rate
of less than 5 ppm of dispersed oil in treated water.
Our solution uses non-organic ceramic membranes. A magnetic inductive flow meter controls the speed
of high pressure pumps that in turn maintains the optimum feed quantity into the system. Through a
unique flow system, plugging of the membranes is vastly reduced as the flow continually carries unfiltered
particulates and macromolecules through the system with little accumulation. The intelligence built into
the design automatically switches the system to a cleansing sequence and subsequently stop mode when
it detects a reduction or lack of waste water being fed in. This feature not only ensures continuous and
reliable operation at all times, but also gives you energy savings.
