Abu Dhabi Coating Enterprises is a 100% Abu Dhabi ( Local ) Company. The Company is located in the Mussafah Industrial area, in one of the biggest plots (around 3 million square feet by the coast), and has berthing facilities of three jetties which are accessible from the sea through Mussafah channel, with a water depth of 6 meters.

ADCE has around 300 employees and skilled workforce that are capable of achieving more than 500,000 production manhours per year. ADCE has been serving the Oil and Gas Industry in the Gulf since March.27.1978.

With a skilled work force in excess of 300 persons and a comprehensive range of surface preparation and application equipment. Gulf Specialized Mechanical & Engineering Services Co. L.L.C Formerly - is a 100% Abu Dhabi (Local) Company. The Company is located in the Mussafah Industrial area. The plant occupies 67,000 m2 with a total covered fabrication area of 25,000 m2 and has berthing facility which is accessible from the sea through Mussafah channel, with a water depth of 6 meters. GSME was established in the U.A.E. in 1971. In 1992, Mussafah Workshop base with Engineering Facilities were established.

Gulf Specialized Mechanical & Engineering Services Company L.L.C

The Company is specialized in design and manufacture of heat exchangers, columns, boilers, pressure vessels, ducting and a wide range of specialized products and services to the power generation, petro chemical and allied industries. GSME has around 420 employees and skilled workforce, that are capable of achieving production hours per year.

Operations at the factor are: plate cutting, rolling, bending, hot/cold pipe forming, mechanical works, CO2 – submerged – and impulse arc – TIG –MMA welding, shotblasting, coating, pressure testing, localized heat treatment, non-destructive examination and inspection.

The company operates an approved quality assurance system in accordance with DIN/ISO 9001-2000 and the Mussafah base manufactures boilers, piping and pressure vessels in accordance with the requirements of the ASME VIII DIV I & DIV 2 holding the S, U and U2 stamps.

GPC is a 100% Abu Dhabi (Local) Company. The Company is specialized in heavysteel structures such as CALM buoys, turrets, nshore/offshore piping, helidecks, process top sides, PAU’s steel bridges, boat- landings, storage tanks and pressure vessels, fabrication and erection of port

container cranes for clients in the Gulf, Middle East and for different port authorities around the world.

GPC has specialized climate-control facilities for the fabrication and installation of exotic materials such as copper, nickel, various stainless steels, titanium, duplex and supper-duplex materials.

GPC has round 1100 employees and skilled workforce that are capable of achieving more than 2.5 million production manhours per year.

GPC has been serving the Oil and Gas Industry in the Gulf since June,01, 1981.

ELABORATION ON GPC’S CAPABILITIES IN THE E&I FIELDS

As a continuous and comprehensive service to our clients, GPC have carried out a major investment in upgrading the workshop facility to carry out diverse repair and maintenance service in the Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation fields.The major overhaul and rewinding of low tension motors is carried out efficiently and economically using the latest technology in this field.

The utilisation of purpose built machines for coil cutting and extraction, varnishing, curing, balancing and testing will ensure efficient fast and commercially attractive solutions to repair work.

The up to date electrical test equipment will help diagnose problems in motors. Fault diagnoses will help us carry out the necessary work. It also helps our clients elevate the reasons that causes the failure. Motors will be balanced by our trained technicians to ensure vibration free repair and operation. A balancing report will be showing the condition of motors before and after repair.

For valve major overhaul and repair, GPC’s long standing experience in welding will be put to our clients service and benefit for dressing of different valve types and sizes. Our machine shop houses machines essential for boring and machining work to reshape the valve according to clients blue prints. Where valve testing is required, test rigs to suit most valve size and pressure application will be built in our own pipe fabrication workshops. This can cover both hydrotesting and leak rates.

Dressing and machining capability covers valves up to 24” any pressure rating. All the repair work carried out in our workshop will be performed by experienced staff in this field. Clients wishing to witness our maintenance and repair work are always welcome and GPC will spare no effort in meeting our clients requirement.

IMAC specializes in industries relating to gas, mineral oil, chemical, petrochemical, energy and the environment. It also caters to the gas and chemical shipping industries.

The company manufactures approximately 18,000 tons of steel structures annually at its Mussafah premises. Its fully equipped facility has access to the Mussafah channel with a water depth of six meters and two sheet-piled jetties.

The company delivers quality products ranging from container handling equipment, offshore components and storage tanks, steel structures for bridges, aircraft hangars, production plants and power stations.

The company has undertaken fabrication and erection of port container cranes for Mina Zayed in Abu Dhabi, as well as for ports in Singapore, Taiwan, Los Angeles, Cape Town, Durban, Xiamen in China and Rotterdam.

IMAC has around 600 employees and skilled workforce that are capable of achieving more than 1.5 million production manhours per year.

The unethical, unlawful or harmful disposal of any waste products or the pollution of air, water or land is prohibited. The Company, in recognising the importance of a sound environmental policy, undertakes to comply with any local law or regulation in this regard. Every company employee is expected to ensure that by their actions or omissions they do not contravene the letter or spirit of this policy.

All employees will be held responsible for implementing and complying with the rules and requirements for the safe conduct of operations and for the care and maintenance of any equipment, personal or otherwise, given to them for their safety or protection. Misconduct or negligence likely to place themselves or others in danger will attract appropriate sanctions and in serious contraventions could result in dismissal.

He shall ensure that adequate financial and physical resources are committed to support the company safety and environment policy and that employees at every level are competent and provided with the necessary information, instruction and training to carry out their responsibilities safely and without risk to others.

He has duly appointed a Health Safety & Environmental/Quality Assurance Manager, responsible to himself, who has the right and authority to indicate Health Safety & Environmental problems, initiate corrective measures and monitor effectiveness, along with ensuring that all H.S.E control related activities proceed in accordance with the Company’s legal and contractual obligations.

The Managing Director shall ensure that an efficient organisation is employed to assist the formulation of policy, the implementation and monitoring of measures to access and control risks, and the efficient communication of essential health, safety and environmental information to the workforce. This organisation shall include regular management safety and environmental meetings at company and site level.

This policy statement shall be reviewed annually and revised as necessary, and together with any associated documents shall be communicated to all employees and contractors, and shall be made available to all clients.

Safety

IMCC Abu Dhabi Group is conscious of the hazardous nature of the trades and services it undertakes. Having extensive experience on sites on both new construction and maintenance projects for oil and gas, petrochemical, power and water generation industries (onshore and offshore) and having worked with many recognized local and international Clients we have developed a strict safety policy which has produced an excellent safe working record.

We maintain a comprehensive inventory of safety equipment for our operatives apart from standard issue P.P.E. For each project a safety procedure document is raised and issued which compliments our Safe Working Policy Manual. Safety training is an ongoing as a mandatory requirement as well as the regular “Tool-Box” tasks and safety incentive schemes that we operate on a routine basis.

A separate safety department monitors our work practices both at sites and in our yard. They provide technical assistance, training and advice as well as essential support facilities (emergency medical cover, fire fighting services etc.).
