WILL WINDOW FURNISHINGS BE INCLUDED IN MY APARTMENT?Manual roller blinds will be provided for 1 and 2 bedroom apartments to all windows and glass sliding doors. For 3 bedroom apartments window furnishings can include a combination of blinds and curtains.

WHAT TYPE OF LIGHTING WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE APARTMENT?Energy efficient LED lighting will be included in the apartments. LED lights can last up to 50,000 hours.

Two and three bedroom apartments in the Platinum Collection will include a selection of pendant lighting in the kitchen.

WILL MY APARTMENT BE AIR CONDITIONED?All bedrooms and the living room & kitchen will feature ducted air conditioning. This will be a singular temperature control system.

WILL THE AIR CONDITIONING CONDENSER BE HOUSED ON MY BALCONY?Air conditioning condensers will be housed in a common area of the building likely to be the top of the building. Balconies will be clear of air conditioning condensers.

WHAT TYPE OF APPLIANCES WILL BE IN MY APARTMENT?Premium 1 and 2 bedroom apartments will feature European stainless steel appliances (Hafele) including 600mm stainless steel cooktop and oven, semi-integrated rangehood, stainless steel dishwasher and a dryer in the laundry.

Platinum Collection 2 and 3 bedroom apartments will feature an appliance upgrade to Smeg and will feature 900mm stainless steel cooktop and undermount rangehood, 600mm oven, integrated dishwasher, microwave and trim kit plus a dryer in the laundry.

IS THE COOKTOP GAS OR ELECTRIC?A gas cooktop will be provided for all apartments.

Balconies & TerracesWILL THE APARTMENTS ON LEVEL 5 HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE AREAS?The apartments on Level 5 will have exclusive use over the planter boxes/gardens and large terraces. The body corporate will be granted access over these areas for maintenance purposes.

WILL STREET PARKING BE AVAILABLE?There will be street parking available on Lissner Street. Toowong Shopping Village and train station plus numerous bus stops are also located within 100m of the site.

IS STORAGE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?Storage may be available for purchase upon completion of the development. To register your interest please speak with a sales agent. Apartment owners may also apply to the body corporate to install an over-the-bonnet car storage system.

WHAT UTILITIES AND SERVICES WILL I RECEIVE A BILL FOR?Apartment owners will receive a bill for electricity, water/sewerage, chilled water (air conditioning) and gas. All utilities are individually metred for each apartment, meaning the building operates on a user pays system. Apartment owners will also receive a bill for rates and body corporate fees.

Building ManagementWILL THERE BE AN ONSITE MANAGER?There will be an onsite manager who will be responsible for the caretaking and letting of the apartments. At this stage the developer’s property management company, Property Solutions Place, will maintain the management rights for the building.
