A total of 147 IIBS students accompanied by faculty Prof H Prabhakar and Prof Shanti J have visited the sprawling Infosys campus spread on a land of 70 acres and having 50 buildings. The company is located in Electronics City. After a timely welcome by three employees of Infosys we were taken to the Auditorium. The college was once again welcomed once again by Mr. Sreejith, from HR Department. He has briefed about Infosys history, the future strategies of the company and motivated the students about how to achieve success in life.

This was followed by a question and answer sessions by the students. Then the students have proceeded for lunch and post lunch they have taken an tour of the entire campus with facilities of cafetaria, basketball court, food courts, beautifully crafted office buildings. All the students have inculcated knowledge about the well known IT company in the vast greenery of the campus.Infosys officials have also commented that IIBS students are well disciplined in Infosys campus. Overall it is an great learning experience.

SPARK-Rural Reach Program (RRP) initiates Grade 5-7 students - within a radius of 50-150 km of our DCs - into IT, and encourages them to learn science and mathematics.SPARK Catch Them Young (CTY) provides IT exposure to students of urban high schools through a two-week summer vacation program at our DCs.SPARK GURU enhances the skills of teachers from government and government-aided schools in rural areas. They are introduced to computers in education for effective teaching.
