Time of Prayer - The Lord’s Prayer Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.

*Affirmation of Faith

We believe in God, maker of all things, provider of all things, who loves all people. We follow Jesus, the Christ, the Revealer of God, who taught us to love, who gave us courage to trust God’s grace, and who bids us take up our cross and follow him. He knows us for who we are, heals the wounds of our hearts, and makes us new. In his death and resurrection we see the deepest truth of life. We rely on the power and presence of the Holy Spirit, who empowers us for self-giving love. We give thanks for the Church, the Body of Christ, and for the gift of forgiveness, the power of the resurrection, and the mystery of eternal life.
