IEEE EDS Mini-Colloquium (MQ)
on Nano-Scale Device Modeling &
Circuit Co-Design The eminent experts in the field of nano-scale VLSI technolgy and circuit design from Tai-wan, Switzerland and Singapore have been invited to deliver IEEE Mini-Colloquium (MQ) Distinguished Lecturer (DL) talks. The MQ titled “Nano-Scale Devicec Modeling & Circuit Co-Design” is organized by IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS) Student Chapter, IIT Roorkee.
The DLs will deliver talks on following :
Dr. Albert Chin will be focusing on the high-κ technology, device design & 3D IC im-pact on power consumption.
Dr. Wladyslaw Grabinski will talk about the open source TCAD tools along with complete technology/design tool chain from nanoscale technology processes to com-pact/SPICE models of circuit elements.
Dr. Xing Zhou will present a unified compact model for emerging technology device GaN-based HEMTs.
