You can edit your profile at any time by clicking “My Profile” on the toolbar at the top of the screen.
The Social Profile is an area that each user will have to customize their own information, access to documents or materials and view their connections. Filling out your profile completely and accurately will help you while networking with attendees in the fair.
Your profile contains your;1. Upload your profile

As you navigate the environment and participate in incentive programs and live activities, your profile updates to reflect what you have earned, accomplished, etc.

After logging into the fair you will be taken to the Lobby. From the Lobby, you can visit the main areas of the fair by clicking on the directory or utilizing the navigation bar.

View on-demand webinars. Update your twitter status with the fair hashtag #TSJeXPO.

You can return to the lobby by clicking “Lobby” on the toolbar at the top of the screen.

You can visit the employer booths by clicking on Exhibit Halls from the top toolbar. For your convenience, the Exhibit Halls are broken out alphabetically.
1. Clicking on the “content tabs” will display a list of the collateral available within the exhibitor booth. You may access this collateral simply by clicking on information that you are interested in.
2. Exhibitor representatives will be standing by in the booth to answer your queries. Click on a representative’s image to begin communicating under the Staff tab.
3. Some of the exhibitors will feature a booth chat room where attendees can interact with online staff.
* Content tabs will vary in each exhibitor booth. The image to the left is just an example to assist in your basic navigation of the space.

By clicking on Jobs from the top toolbar, you will see the Search All Jobs and Job & Recruiter Listings as a drop down menu item. Search All Jobs will allow you to search jobs in the fair by manually typing in the title of the job. Job & Recruiter Listings will allow you to view exhibiting booths and jobs available by Job Category.
You can return to the Search All Jobs and Job & Recruiter Listings by visiting Jobs on the toolbar.
You can view on-demand webinars by clicking “Webinars” on the top toolbar.
To access further information on a webinar, click on the title on the left hand side and this will bring up further details of the webinar on the right. From here you can view a presentation by simply clicking on the view button.
The Resource Center is your digital library to browse content by subject across all exhibitors. You can organize and view the content by Subject or type of Media such as White Papers, Podcasts and e-Brochures by the selection in the upper left. Select the content for immediate viewing and you can also save any of the content to your briefcase for review at your convenience.
You can return to Resources Center by clicking Resources on the top toolbar.
The Help Desk is available for any technical support issues you might encounter while interacting in the fair. There are helpful resources available to you, such as a user guide and support documentation, to aid in troubleshooting support requests.
Support representatives will be standing by in the spaces to answer your queries.
FEATURES:
• Chat – The Help Desk chat room will allow you to chat with support staff available to help assist with any questions you may have.
• Support Email – Our support email address will allow you to email our fair support at [email protected] you have support questions after the live fair is placed on demand.
• Documentation – View helpful resources in troubleshooting potential issues such as chat or communication problems, security prompts, etc.
From My Profile on the top toolbar, click the third icon from the left to get into the Communication Center.
The briefcase is located in the ‘My Profile’ tab and is a central location to retrieve all documents and links that have been saved from within the fair. This includes all documents and links saved from the Recruiter Content Library, exhibiting booths or presentations. By clicking on the Download button, you can download all documents listed in your briefcase or manually select which documents that you prefer to download.
There are four types of private communication: email, chat, cVard and connections. To initiate communication with a fair participant you can click the “communicate” icon located on the bottom toolbar.
From here you can view received and sent emails and vCards as well as view previous, pending and missed chat sessions.
Within the communication center is also the connections feature. Connections allows you to view and accept new connection requests. In addition, you can access your current connections, send new connection requests, view pending requests and see requests you have ignored in the Communication Center.
From My Profile on the top toolbar, click the second icon from the left to get into the Communication Center.
Communication Notification
If you receive an email, Vcard, chat request, connection or announcement you will be notified via a communication bubble that displays in the upper right hand corner of your screen. By clicking on the communication notification, you will be taken to the indicated item. If you wish to close out the notification, click on the “X” as seen in the image below, in the upper right hand area.
Chat Request - If you receive a chat request you will be able to accept or decline the request. You may also send a short message to the chat requester when declining a chat.
Email - The notification will display when you have an unread email. Click on the notification window to view.
Vcard - The notification will display when you have a new vCard. Click on the notification window to view.
Connection - The notification will display when you have a new connection. You can choose to accept or ignore directly from the request window.
Announcement – The notification will display when you have a new announcement. Click on the notification window to view or dismiss.
If you are involved in a private chat with an attendee or an exhibitor, you can “invite” others to join your chat.
Click on the “invite” button in the chat box.
Find the person you want to invite by typing their name in the user finder.
Click on the user’s name to invite them into your discussion
When they accept, you are having a group chat with those you invited to your conversation.
You can use the search feature to search for available jobs from within the fair. To launch the search feature, click on the magnifying glass on the toolbar at the top of the screen.
You can perform a Search by clicking in the “Search field” on the toolbar at the top of the screen.
In the “Search For” field, type your search criteria. Enter keywords to search on. Exact phrases should be entered enclosed in double quotes ("Web Browser"). To exclude words and phrases from search results, precede the words and phrases with a minus sign (Web -Browser).
If you have questions during the event, click Help on the top toolbar.
