1. Coop Profile
The focal business sectors of university cooperatives include school
cafeterias, snack bars, stationery stores, cafes and bookstores.
We buy items such as beverages, dairy products, food ingredients and
stationery through joint purchases.
In 2010, the Consumer Livelihood Cooperative Law in Korea was
changed, with clauses added on government support for cooperatives.
This revision in the law has been spurring the establishment of 10
university cooperatives in two years now.
