Ideation and design

This presentation serves as introduction to the current state of the development of the Info Connectivity System (ICS) concerning tasks of “Ideation & Design” in WP4 and WP5.

Personas, costumer journey

Based on existing research we continued development of personas (hypothetical travellers) and traveller (customer) journeys for contextualized scenarios to verify the functional scope of the ICS mobile application (app).

What comes next?

Next steps:

• Development of screen designs for the ICS on the basis of current wireframe sets.

• Conception based on to be defined technical affordances of the ICS

• Animated demonstration of the ICS application in accordance with the chosen scenario– the costumer journey of the Japanese elderly couple and daughter visiting their son in Amstelveen (Tokyo Amsterdam Schiphol)
