Indonesia Infrastructure Week 2015  IIW  –  Indonesia  Infrastructure Week  ‐  is  the  only  collective  forum  that  brings  together  Indonesia’s  integrated infrastructure events and stakeholders under one roof to gather, plan and deliver on the national program. With over USD 450 Billion earmarked by  the government  for development over  the next 5 years,  the wide  range of forums  at  IIW  will  and  once  again  deliver  the  national  platform  to  support  the  implementation  of  the Government’s infrastructure agenda.   With a focus on progress made under the nine priority agenda called “Nawa Cita”, outlined by HE The President of the Republic of Indonesia, the IIW forums will review progress made in the first year of the “Kabinet Kerja” work programme, while looking ahead with both public and private sector for infrastructure growth opportunities.

Anticipating Increased Regional Demand for Airports by Accelerating the Development Programme Co ‐ Moderated by: ‐ Prof. Danang Parikesit, Chairman, Indonesian Transportation Society  The  Indonesian  airport  and  aviation  sector  is diverse,  containing more  than  150  airports,  the  largest  25 being managed  by  two  independent  state  owned  enterprises,  while  the  Directorate  General  of  Civil  Aviation  has oversight of the remaining licensed airports regulating their use. Indonesia’s Air Navigation Service Provision and Air Traffic Control  is managed by AirNav  Indonesia, who  look after one of  the busiest en‐route airspaces  in  the world.  Recognising that the aviation sector is facing unprecedented demand, this session will examine how and why the airport and aviation  industry  is under  immense pressure to attract  investment  into the sector and to  implement world class best practice.

Strategies for Attracting Airport Investment and Financing Co‐ Moderated by: News Anchor, Berita Satu Holdings/Bloomberg TV*   The  Indonesian Government  recognizes  the  successful development of  its airport and aviation  infrastructure  is dependent  upon  both  domestic  and  foreign  investment.  Recent  estimates  suggest  that  US$  15.3bn  will  be required  in  funding  for  airport  infrastructure  development  and  related  facilities,  during  the  period  2015‐19. Additionally, plans for the construction and development of the next 25 new airports require a further UD$ 5.5bn for associated, multimodal support, such as railway, highway access airports.  As private funding  is essential to the financing of the proposed development, this session will review what steps need  to  be  taken  by Government  to  increase  investment  in  both  the  airport  and  aviation  sector  and  how  to translate investor interest into investment reality.  Speakers:
