MS. YVETTE BARBARA BALDWIN

The relator Royal Public Official, Ms. Yvette Barbara Baldwin asserts that she is a person

in whom authority is vested through Royal appointment. The relator, further asserts that

she is a Royal Member of the United Nations Security Council. The relator, Royal Public

Official, Ms. Yvette Barbara Baldwin, has a standing association as a member of the

United Nations Security Council characterized through Royal, international, and legal

appointment authorized by law. The relator advises that she was officially installed as a

member to the United Nations Security Council at a very young age; in the early to mid

1960's. The relator acknowledges that the status has been a reserved state; yet available.

The relator has made several attempts over the past 5 to 6 years to correspond and

communicate with the respondents, the members of the United Nations Security Council,

through U.S. ordinary mail, facsimile telecommunications, electronic email transmissions,

federal express mail, UPS mail, and telephone calls; the United Nations Security Council

has not responded. The relator has taken into consideration that the guardian gatekeepers

that monitor the correspondence and various communications to the United Nations

Security Council have a responsibility to ensure secure authentic, reliable and trustworthy

communications. The relator, Royal Public Official, Ms. Yvette Barbara Baldwin asserts

that a direct and straightforward communication responding to a very serious matter of

international interest, importance and concern, is required by the authority invested in the

members of the United Nations Security Council, as noted in the Purposes and Principles in

the Charter of the United Nations and in accordance with the provisional rules of

procedure of the United Nations Security Council.

The relator further asserts that Royal Orders/Edicts from the countries of Greece, Israel,

England, India, and Jordan; just to name a few; the Royal Orders/Edicts were left on file

under the relator's name and formal authority in the State of Ohio and the State of

Indiana, in the United States of America. The relator has made several attempts to contact

government officials in both states in reference to accessing use of the Royal Orders/Edicts

given to her responsibility and duty; the government officials have advised that they do not

have any direct knowledge of the Royal Orders/Edicts. The purpose of the United Nations

Security Council, covers maintaining international peace and security. Royal Orders/Edicts

are used as authoritative proclamations or commands employed within Royal service. If

the Royal Orders/Edicts are unaccounted for and unexplained, this situation creates a

critical state of emergency internationally and nationally.

The relator statesthat Civil and Political rights are a class of rights that protect

individuals' freedom, and ensure one's ability to participate in the civil and political life of

the state without discrimination or repression. According to Wikipedia, The free

encyclopedia, civil rights are recognized and codified; in many countries they are

constitutional rights, included in a bill of rights or similar document. They are also defined

in international human rights instruments, such as the 1948 Universal Declaration of

Human Rights and the 1966 International Covenant on Civil and Political rights. The

circumstances of the existing state of affairs encompassing the formal filing of this

complaint, warrants as justification, recording the United Nations Security Council as the

respondents. For the reason being that their authority as a power of right because of rank

of office is a responsibility that is a part of duty as a moral and legal obligation.

The relator is requesting that the Supreme Court of Ohio appropriate immediate relief

through contact with the members of the United Nations Security Council, in the form of

immediate access to the Royal Orders/Edicts on file in relator's Royal Public Official title,

and name. The relator, Royal Public Official, Ms. Yvette Barbara Baldwin, further request

that the United Nations Security Council assist witb immediate access to the relator's assets

as recorded in the State of Ohio and the State of Indiana. This immediate access would give

the relator access to financial accounts within 48 hours of the granting of the immediate

relief request. The relator should be notified through email contact, U.S. ordinary mail,

and cell phone message contact as to in what manner the access can be made immediately.

legal Royal contractual agreement/setup that I have with the City of Indianapolis, T.ndiana. J. have

included documentation that will help the Indiana State Bar Association conduct complete

identification verification on my assets and nao7c within the state of Indiana. The Royalcontractual agrcement should inelude a copy of an international Greek Constitutional Creed thatgives me the authority to utilize the Creed for an edict/decree request. The intelligence tilcs in

the state of Indiana should verify this infomiation. I have a court ease that was tiled in Decemberof 2010 naming M&I Bank as the defendant; the court case is still in process in Ohio Federal

Civil. court. I have intelligence information that advises that the original Royal contractualagreement may have been set up through the Indianapolis Metro Police Department. I wouldneed to use the edict/decree request to expedite the civil federal petition that is now in progress

with the Potter Stewart District Court in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Royal contractualagreement/setup was first put in place in the late I960's; at the time f. was an elementary student

and State of Ohio. I have had an international relationship with the government of the State of

Indiana for over 35 years. The relationship involves an administrative role that I hold over a

Royal setup/Display in the City of Indianapolis, Indiana; established on my behalf due to the

Royal role that I am purposed for. In addition I have Royal orders likened to statues/laws that

have been on file in Indianapolis, Indiana-possibly setup through the Indiana State Senate,

I filed it as a civil rights violation, but theoverall case has fraudulent activity (implications) I am not trying to get your office to represent me. According to theinformation that I have read on your Secretary of State office,1 of the responsibilities is the overall health, well--beingand security of the financial systems in the State and their legal social responsibilities to the citizens andclients/customers. I have been need of an immediate transfer for immediate financial relief for some time. I have thecase setup through the 6th circuit court of appeals so that the financial transfer from my wealth management accountat (M&I BANK) can be legally monitored through the court system. In addition I need a personal loan until thattransfer can be made. Your office could possibly advise a bank in your City/County area that would approve a loanthat I could possibly secure through a wire transfer to my home town of Cincinnati, Ohio (Hamilton County). I feel thatI have been treated unfairly by officials of 1 of your banking institutions. As a high ultra net worth individual I believe Ihave a laot to offer. I am Royal Public Official, Ms. Yvette Barbara Baldwin; I was born Yvette K. and or

Yvette Kronopolous (variations in spelling of last name). I amthe only child born between

my parents. My Royal heritage is inherited from my parents. My mother is an

Egyptian/Israeli Jewish Royal. My biological father is of Royal lineage. I am a Royal, a

person of Royal blood that holds a preeminent position. In the early 1960's I was awarded

byRoyal Judicial Decree, Royal Orders from several countries. The Royal Orders are also

classified as Royal Edicts/Decrees, that encompasses law in meaning a principle of

governing action or procedure, an order or proclamation usually having the force of law;

or law as it implies imposition by a sovereign authority, or an order publicly issued by an

authority. At a young tender age I travelled abroad to the countries of Israel, Greece,

England, India, Italyand various other countries in the Mediterranean Region, Europe

and the Middle East. The RoyalOrders were presented to me in a Royal ceremony by

representatives from various countries. The responsibility granted and confirmed within

my authority provided that as a Royal Public Official, I cover the Royal

Orders/Edicts/Decrees in a manner to protect, defend and guard from attack, invasion and

or loss, etc. In the mid to late 1960's, I attended Schiel Elementary School previously

located on Vine Street in the Community of Corryville in Cincinnati, Ohio in the County of

Hamilton (Schiel School was demolished in the late fall of 2011 to make way for economic

development). I was taken to the Cincinnati Bar Association to view the copies of some of

the Royal Orders/Edicts/Decrees on file in my name. I was advised that the Royal Orders

would be on file for me to access and view. An interesting point to make is based on the fact

that copies of the Greek Royal Order/Edict/Decree were kept on file at every school that I

attended, from elementary school tbrough high school. The main offices in the school

placed a copy on a small stand on the counter of the main offices for viewing throughout

each school year that I was in attendance. In addition, I was employed as a Wyoming

Police, Fire, and Life Squad dispatcher from 1979 through 1987. The Wyoming Police

Department/City of Wyoming received a copy of the Royal Order/Edict/Decree to present

to me. The Police Chief at that time, Police Chief Robert Hess made a copy to keep on file

with the Wyoming Police Department and the City of Wyoming Offices. The Royal

Orders/Edicts/Decrees were carefully maintained with the help of my mother and

stepfather. When required as necessary the Royal Orders were utilized to fulfill

international request as an essential part of my Royal duty and purpose. The overall elite

influence authority of the Royal Orders/Edicts/Decrees is under the control and command

of Royal Monarchial relatives. Contact for verification can be made through Israeli Special

Forces to Chief Abrams and General Isaacs. Please take note that they are Royal Kings

with the Israeli/Greece Countries. Copies of the Royal Orders were presented to me during

the time I resided in the City of Indianapolis, Indiana from 1996 to 1998. The copies of the

Royal Orders/Edicts/Decrees were lost in files from a forced sale of storage items due to a

serious'£nancial dilemma etc. I was advised throughout my school years that the Royal

Orders/edicts/Decrees would have to be utilized to send the Royal Setup/Display in

Indianapolis back to Israel. My understanding was clear that copies of the Royal

Order/Edict/Decree were setup in Indianapolis specifically to complete the Royal, legal and

moral duty and obligation that I am sworn to uphold as a Royal Public Official. During the

time that I held the position as a sworn in Public Official, with the Hamilton County Clerk

of Courts, located in Cincinnati, Ohio as an cmployee in the Common Pleas Criminal/Civil

Division, I was invited with various dcpartments in the Courthouse to view the Royal

Jordanian Display that has been setup in the I3amilton County Courthouse for a few

decades. I was pleasantly surprised when I read through the Royal Jordanian

Order/Edict/Decree book set on the counter; my name was written, attached and or

inscribed as Royal holder. I have made every reasonable attempt to access copies of the

Royal Orders/Edicts/Decrees left on file in the State of Ohio and the State of Indiana. I

have been advised several times by the administrative offices that they do not know exactly

where the Royal Orders/Edicts/Decrees would be located nor are they certain as to what

they mean or what they are purposed for. The United Nations Security Council has

international authority and responsibility in a serious international and national

emergency of this nature.
