    Exchange of information via e-mail

    The Applicant notes that an agreement applies to referrals by a distribution partner (broker) according to which the broker receives a fee from Swiss Life. The Applicant authorises Swiss Life to inform the broker about the conclusion of any contract and its contents (in particular the amount and term of the mortgage). Swiss Life may also inform the broker if a mortgage is not granted.

    Criteria for the status of “US person”

    a) as a natural person you are deemed a “US person” if:

    ɬ You hold a Green Card (permanent residence permit)

    ɬ You have been physically present in the United States for a substantial number of days (substantial presence test):

    – for 183 days in the past three years, including the current year and the two years immediately prior to thecurrent year, according to the following formula:
