Exchange of information via an intermediary
The Applicant notes that an agreement applies to referrals by a distribution partner (broker) according to which the broker receives a fee from Swiss Life. The Applicant authorises Swiss Life to inform the broker about the conclusion of any contract and its contents (in particular the amount and term of the mortgage). Swiss Life may also inform the broker if a mortgage is not granted.

The Applicant authorises Swiss Life to collect all the information required for the credit check, monitoring and administration of the mortgage from third parties.

Criteria for the status of “US person”
