The first logical processor can track one softwarethread, while second logical processor can trackanother software thread Simultaneously.

Both threads share the same resources.

If the first thread uses the resources, then second is

remain ideal and if second thread uses the resourcesthen first thread is remain ideal.

So, multi-threaded application can now takeadvantage of Thread Level Parallelism (TLP).
