• Reference documents of public procurement • Related contracts or purchase orders; • Itemized original (i.e. first copy) invoices (on which each purchased equipment are listed); • Taking over certificate; • Stock-taking certificate (Szepesi Ági) • Certifying disbursement of original invoices - account statement or electronic account statement; • Photos on the purchased equipment in electronic copy; • Fixed assets register
