1.1 Cc quy nh v chiu di, font v kh giy
n phi c in trn giy A4 vi font ch 13, Times New Roman (Unicode); l trn: 2,54 cm; l di: 2,54 cm; l tri: 3,5 cm; l phi: 2,0 cm. Tng chiu di ca n khong 100 trang (vi gin dng 1.5), khng k phn ph lc.

Ngoi cc ni dung ging ht nh ba cng cn c tn ca cc cn b phn bin (ghi y hc hm v hc v) (xem ph lc 1).

T nhim v ch r cc nhim v ca ti m sinh vin phi hon thnh trong n (xem ph lc 2).
1.2.4 Nhn xt
Nhn xt ca ging vin hng dn sau khi sinh vin hon thnh n tt nghip (xem ph lc 2).
1.2.5 Li ni u
Phn ny trnh by mt cch rt khi qut v mc ch ca n ng thi bao gm li cm n i vi nhng t chc v c nhn gp phn trong vic hon thin n.

1.2.6 Tm tt n
Phn ny trnh by nhng mc ch v cc kt lun quan trng nht ca n vi chiu di khong 1 trang bng hai th ting: ting Vit v ting Anh.
1.2.7 Mc lc
Phn mc lc lit k tn v nh s trang cc chng, cc mc ln trong chng v cc mc nh trong cc mc ln (xem ph lc 3). Nu son tho bng Microsoft Word, c th s dng chc nng t ng to mc lc (Insert -> Reference -> Index and Table). Ch c th s dng chc nng ny, tiu ca chng v ca cc mc trong chng phi c nh dng kiu Heading1, 2, 3 ...
1.2.8 Danh sch hnh v
Danh sch hnh v lit k tn v nh s trang ca cc hnh v trong n. Nu son tho bng Microsoft Word, c th s dng chc nng t ng to danh sch hnh v (Insert -> Reference -> Index and Table). Ch c th s dng chc nng ny, phi s dng chc nng insert-> Reference->caption mi khi thm ch thch ca hnh v.
1.2.9 Danh sch cc bng biu
Danh sch cc bng biu lit k tn v nh s trang ca cc bng biu trong n. Nu son tho bng Microsoft Word, c th s dng chc nng t ng to danh sch cc bng biu (Insert -> Reference -> Index and Table). Ch c th s dng chc nng ny, phi s dng chc nng insert-> Reference->caption mi khi thm ch thch ca bng biu.
1.2.10 Danh sch cc t vit tt
Danh sch cc t vit tt lit k v gii thch ngha ca cc t vit tt dng trong n.
1.2.11 Phn m u
Phn m u s phi gii thiu c vn m n cn gii quyt, m t c cc phng php hin c gii quyt vn , trnh by mc ch ca n song song vi vic gii hn phm vi ca vn m n s tp trung gii quyt. Phn ny cng s gii thiu tm tt cc ni dung s c trnh by trong cc chng tip theo.
1.2.12 Cc chng tip theo
Mi chng s bt u bng mt on gii thiu cc phn chnh s c trnh by trong chng v kt thc bng mt on tm tt cc kt lun chnh ca chng.
Ni chung cc ni dung trong mt quyn n thng chia thnh hai phn: (1) Cc chng u l phn c s l thuyt; (2) Cc chng sau l phn sinh vin t pht trin, th d nh xy dng thut ton, xy dng chng trnh, m phng, tnh ton, thit k .v.v.

1.2.13 Kt lun
Kt lun chung cho cc chng trong n. Nhn mnh nhng vn gii quyt ng thi trnh by cc vn vn cha c gii quyt v a ra kin ngh, xut.
1.2.14 Ti liu tham kho
Phn ny lit k danh sch cc ti liu c dung tham kho trong qu trnh lm n. Chi tit v cch lit k ti liu tham kho v cch trch dn ti liu tham kho s c trnh by phn tip theo.
1.2.15 Bng i chiu thut ng Vit Anh
Nu s dng cc ti liu bng ting Anh, phi c mt bng i chiu thut ng Vit Anh gii thch cc khi nim c dng trong n.

2.1 Cch lit k ti liu tham kho
C nhiu cch lit k ti liu thao kho, trong ti liu ny cch lit k ti liu tham kho theo quy nh ca IEEE s c trnh by. Ti liu tham kho c nh s th t, s th t c t trong ngoc vung (v d [1] ). 2.3 Cch trch dn ti liu tham kho
Cc nguyn tc chung:
Thng tin c trch dn nguyn vn phi c t trong du ngoc kp.
S th t ca ti liu c trch dn c th c t ngay sau thng tin c trch dn hoc t trc thng tin c trch dn.
V d: Trong mt bi vit c on thng tin nh sau:

Thc hin mt ti, mt nhim v trong chin lc, trong chng trnh v ti nghin cu khoa hc v lao ng sn xut ca ging vin hng dn, ca c s o to (Trung tm, Vin nghin cu, cc Cng ty). n np bao gm 1 bn in c ch k ca gio vin hng dn trc ngy bo v t nht 1 tun v np bn mm bo co n cho ch tch hi ng vo ngy bo v. a CD km theo mi n lu tr cn c:

3. H s sinh vin (xem ph lc 4). Khoa TVT s s dng bn tm tt ny nh mt bn tm tt s lc qu trnh lm n ca sinh vin. Mc ch: Trc khi ra trng, Khoa TVT s lm vic vi cc nh tuyn dng, cc
thng tin ny s to iu kin cho sinh vin v nh tuyn dng d dng gp nhau trong qu trnh tm vic, tm ngi.
Cc thng tin lin h ca sinh vin c Khoa TVT lu gi v a vo c s d liu v thng tin lin quan n cu sinh vin, nhm tin vic lin lc khi cn thit.
Cc mc ch thng k khc
4. Cc ti liu tham kho, nu cc ti liu ny dng file.
5. Tp hng dn danh sch tn cc tp trn a km theo m t ngn gn chc nng ca tng tp.
