♦  Select IMs for each party and hold strategy meetings

♦  Select Technical Contacts for communications

♦  Use IMpartSM to reflect the plan; not to develop it

♦  Select Plant ID codes, System Codes, & Disciplines to allow sorting and overview. Don’t include everything.

♦  Decide if high security is needed for any interfaces and get a separate instance if necessary.
