Minutes of MeetingAugust 22, 2014 @ 3:00 P.M.I- Sign-InIn attendance: (see attached attendance sheet)

II- The meeting started with an opening prayer by Mrs. Haidee D. Apuya at 3:00 P.M.IIIMeeting Proper:1. Updates of Homeroom PTA Project: Parents discussed about the progress of the PTA Homeroom Project which have not been realized up to now. They set another deadline for the contributions regarding their project and agreed on the last week of August to be collected by the treasurer.

2. Updates Regarding Status of their Children in School: Parents were allowed to ask about the status of their children in school and they were updated about the academic achievements or lack thereof of their children. They were given the report card so they can see how far their child have achieved or how alarming the grades of some pupils were. Those with alarming grades were advised to follow up their childrens assignments and projects at home and reminded to make sure they dont have a lot of absences.

II- The meeting ended with a prayer by Mrs. Nida Solano at exactly 4:00 P.M.Prepared by:
