Hotel Reservation and Centralized Billing System is a transaction processing system that solves

the problem encountered in using the manual hotel reservation. The Hotel Reservation and

Centralized Billing System aims to simplify the manual hotel reservation faster and more accurate.

techni&ues to build the pro'ect. The system uses (raphical )ser *nterface $()*% to help the user

gives instructions to the mobile device. The system+ once implemented+ "ill solve the most common

problems that the hotel reservation encounters.

Today+ most of the hotels provide goods and services using computer system. *t help them to

perform tas# in an easy "ay "ith less time consumed. Some companies become fully automated "hile

others strive for the similar setting.

This chapter presents the results and discussion of the pro'ect study. *t includes the

pro'ect description+ pro'ect structure+ pro'ect capabilities and limitations and pro'ect testing and

This study focused on the development of a "eb1based 5nline Hotel Reservation

and Centralized Billing System that "ill manage the hotel reservation of the CH4 department of

Systems ;lus College oundation. This study "ill help the user manage their capstone processes

online+ "herein the user can pass their documents+ vie" their schedule for defence and other

activities of the capstone sub'ect. The dmin $Super dmin% is in charge of maintaining the

creation of ;ro'ects and assigning Coordinators to them.. The Capstone teachers $Coordinators%

are the ones "ho "ill supervise the pro'ect+ "hich in the researcher/s case are the capstone

announcements+ approve documentation+ assign panels+ give schedules of defence to the students

and manage the pro'ect as a supervisor.
