'y development story.

y name is aila. + graduated 9a)u 9usiness niversity. y bachelor degree

was +nternational economic relations. y goal was to wor) at international

company and believed that + could do everything easily. @ne problem was that +

had no e/perience at wor). 7fter graduating + started to find a ob* + sent my A to

different companies. While + was waiting a response from any of these companies +

had a call from my university. The dean invited me to the university to meet with

rector. ,uring our conversation with rector he as)ed me different (uestions li)e

what is my bachelor degree* did you have any certificates or other diplomas

 besides this university* and what + thin) about the wor). y answers satisfied him*

and 3 days later + started wor)ing as a secretary at the niversity.

The first two months + tried to get used to wor)ing so + had no practice but +

still thought that everything will be fine. The rector also got used to me* + was his

new employees and of course he could not determine how + wor) as fast. The first

year of my wor) was very difficult* + learned that my boss has very difficult

character. verything was going not as + want and if once + did something wrong

my all day lasted bad. ven several times + wanted ust (uit. 9ut once the boss

called me to his conversation. We sat down and condemned the current situation.

#e was not rude with me* on the contrary* he began to motivate me. #e said that +was a good wor)er and a lot of things + can* problem is that you are very (uic)ly

lose yourself.  #e gave me a lot of advice and + am grateful to him for this

interview. 

9ecause after that + started to wor) really better. very day increased

 practice* + was understanding what + am doing and why + am doing this.

 3 years later + was promoted to the position of chief assistant rector. Though

he has difficult character + learned how to right communicate and how should you

tal) to people. Then* + entered the magistracy and my goal to be good specialist at

our university. ow when + )now my ob very well + have many new ideas which

+ always share with my boss. + am sure that in the near future + will reach higher 

heights.

The process of change at our university happened 2 years ago. The rector 

wanted to change almost everything. The new staff* new teachers who are moretalented* new study program even e(uipment at auditoriums. +t was very hard year

 but he was able to get what he want. #e would be interested in all of the staff and

distributed wor)s among the people.

The process included these )ind of changes and people who will do this-

7ccording to the change model of 9ec)hard and #arris C,issatisfaction /

,esirability / =racticality D Besistance to hangeE + can say that* the members of 

our university dissatisfied with the current situation before a successful change can

too) place. Without dissatisfaction* no one will li)ely feel very motivated to

change. The propose solution must be attractive for the second step. They needed

to understand what it is. very meeting organi>ed by rector at the end of the day

helped a lot. The clearer and more detailed we made this vision* the more li)ely

was that the members wanted to agree with the change and move forward.

Besistance to change includes people&s beliefs in the limits of the change

stubbornness toward any change and general inertia or lac) of interest at the

 beginning. o* university complied with all these rules and we succeed at all. ow

after these changes we want to improve more and more. + thing that in the future

we are waiting for a lot of change.
