Careers with OriflameThis leaflet is designed to give you a simple step by step guide on how to start your Orif lame business and maximise the benefits you can receive from us.

Discount:We offer 3 levels of discount:

• Between 0 and 99.9BP:All single orders attract 20% discount

• Over 100 BP:All orders attract 30% discount.

• If your cumulative sales during a Catalogue period exceed 100 BP we credit your account with extra discount, making it up to 30% in total.

• Where cumulative sales are over 500 BP in a single Catalogue a further 5% discount is offered, making it a massive 35% overall.

Note: The additional discount on cumulative sales of 10% will be paid to your account the following Catalogue.

Free Items:We offer FREE gifts on all orders of 100 BP. Every order you place within the catalogue of this value (£130 / €179) will receive the free item advertised in the DEMONSTRATION NEWS. It will be included with your deliveries.

Delivery Charge:Standard delivery on all orders is 5 - 7 working days with a set delivery charge of £4.50 / €7.25.

Team orders (placed by and delivered to the MANAGER)will have a delivery charge of £1.50 / €2.25 with the Manager paying the balance if any is due.

We want to make your start with us easy, so your first online order will

be delivered to you FREE of charge and will include 3 FREE Catalogues but don’t forget to order any extra Catalogues at the same time.

How can you pay for your goods?Your invoice will be emailed within 48 hours of your order being despatched. It will be sent by Intrum Justitia and not Oriflame. This email will include all the methods of payment available. When you receive your order you will receive a packing list that you can check your order against. This will itemise any products that will follow-on in a later order; you will not be charged for these items until they are sent to you. Your payment options include:

DIRECT DEBIT: The easiest payment option for you and it is FREE. The forms are available to download on the web site under Sales Support Tools or call Customer Care who can post one to you. Once the DD is set up (usually within 10 – 14 days) all future invoices will be deducted directly on the date due. You never need to remember to pay your invoices.

BY CARD: We accept all major credit and debit cards.

To make a payment, please log into the Payment Web application; the log in address will be a part of your invoice. You will need to enter your unique details, Username and Password, that will be sent to you with each invoice. Alternatively you can call 0207 750 9958 (UK) or 1890 296 616 (ROI).

Debit Cards are free of charge. Please note there will be a charge for Credit Card payments.

ELECTRONIC TRANSFER: Full details will be included with every invoice

CHEQUES: All cheques should be made payable to Oriflame and sent to:P.O.Box 9221, Dublin 15

Please clearly write your account number and/or the invoice numbers being paid on the reverse of your cheque.

Everyone at Orif lame is given their own website and email address.Here are the basic steps of how to set it up and where to f ind the most popular sections.

Add to Website Once you have created the basics you can build your website over time. If you visit the side panel you will see a link for activities, tips & tricks, product recommendations, links and even a guest book. These can all be added and will give you a webpage that is f illed with useful information for your customers and in turn, will generate improved customer orders direct to you.

Personal recommendation is the best form of marketing. Use the products yourself and you will soon become a dedicated Oriflame customer and an informed Consultant. Your Manager and the Company are there to support you with training and advice. The contact listMaking this list is probably the first thing you’ll do in your Orif lame business – and probably the most important. Simply make a list of all the people you know, friends, relatives, workmates and neighbours and then give them the chance to try the best skin care and cosmetics available. Remember, they are not trying something new, just something different – from a lipstick colour, or a fabulous new treatment cream to a new fragrance or aftershave.

Then establish yourself as a seller – it is simple – tell everyone about us. Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, You Tube, face to face, friends and family, everyone who you have in your mobile phone, people you send Christmas cards to, parents at the local school – EVERYONE you know.
