How is this Agaba Brian? I am 21 years offering business statistics in my final

year in college and I started internet business over 2

years back which I am currently doing for 3 hours daily

except Saturday and Sunday.

Well, I have done courses, coaching and read many e-

books on online marketing because I wanted to earn

some residue income while at college but for now i

won’t need a job because of the freedom and the

income am earning online and I know if you follow the

6 steps I used and have been talked about by other

internet gurus like Joe Kumar,Mark Joyner and many

others, the results will be what you call miracles.

Step 1

Identifying your passion Well now you’re a wondering what a heck with 1000

subscribers and identifying my passion, you will get to

know as your read.

Okay your passions are the things you like doing

without any attachment except love and having fun

.i.e. hobbies and interests. It may be cooking,

organizing events, social networking and many others,

you know the list. It could be an added advantage if

you enjoy sharing and teaching them to other people.

Rachael, an old friend had started an online business to

design and sell websites. Recently, as we talked she

told me designing and selling websites was tiresome to

her and she wasn’t moving ahead after 6 months in

business. I told her that business is affected by many

factors out of curiosity I gave her a copy of six steps

that I use to start a new business to see if she can

improve her business, guess what happened!! She



called me in the morning after and told me designing

websites isn’t her passion that she likes taking care of

her dog and she has read many books about it and

with the information and experience she can help other

people care for their dogs. I told her to give it a try and

three days later she had made her first 75 dollar sale

as an affiliate of one of the courses about pet caring

which she had studied, isn’t nice!! Discovering your

passion.

Step 2

Search top sites on your niche A niche is the passion your chose to follow. For now

let’s consider, you love baking. Baking is broad

because they are quite a number of things that can be

baked, being clear and specific will make you effective,

so it will be “you love baking cakes”.

The next step is to Search the topic “how to bake

cakes” in top search engines like www.google.com and

www.yahoo.com if sites are found then

congratulations!! Because your niche has market and

there is money to make, if not its better if your use

another niche or topic from the list of your passions.

Searching the niche will also help your know what the

audience in the niche market wants .i.e. From what the

top sites are selling or information they are passing on.

When I was starting as an internet marketer I had a

passion about marketing but to your surprise, when

searched it on google, words like SEO and keywords



were new to me but I discovered they were the back

born of search engine marketing (page rankings).

Thanks to the marketing course I did it helped me a lot

in understanding what internet marketing is.

Step 3

Compiling useful information on

your niche

Now that your now what is popular on the top sites in

your niche. Find information on what is popular and

write a report if you already have some writing

experience, if not find articles or a report that can be

freely distributed and make sure it is worth reading

and can earn your respect in your audience.

When I had just started to use these steps I did a

report on “How to choose an affiliate program that will

earn you retirement”, it did not only help my cousin

Tom and Miriam choose an affiliate program that

earned them retirement after 13 years as a banker and

as a social administrator respectively but got me

started with my first 20 dollar sale online within hours

of publishing.

Signup an auto responder account You can sign up a paid or free auto responder account

if your want to keep your costs low, you will find many

of them on search engines. After signing up an auto

responder account, upload your report into the system

and test it (by sending it an email and testing its

response time)

and a few lines to your AR message.

Locate your niche audience Find forums about your niche because they will have a

targeted audience. Search for them using search

engines and directories and create a list of good ones.

Browse through them to get a feel of their environment

and read their rules and regulations if any.

Join the ones you like and create a signature for your

postings for example if your report is about choosing

good clothes, you can use something like this

And now you are ready to participant in forums by

asking questions and helping others with solutions

Get their attention, make a relationship with them and

have them take some form of action and give them a

Another way to allocate an audience if you are writing

your own report is by finding publishers/ webmasters

/e-zine sites from search engines and submitting your

report. You can find and use as many as you want and

keeping doing this until your results start diminishing

and you can find or write another great report.

Grow your list and profits Time to grow your list and one of the methods is ad

swapping where you agree with someone to send your

email messages at a certain period as your do the

same for them, this will grow your list real first.



You can find some people willing to do ad swapping in

forums by posting an ad in the forum or search for

sites on google that provide the service, they are quite

a number.
