organizations, communities or personal contact lists with the click of a button. Simply login to your account and send
out an emergency alert via phone call, text message or email broadcast in seconds.

Easily add and manage all of your contacts right from within your DialMyCalls account. Our system has three different
options for you to add contacts: Add Individual Contacts, Upload an Excel Spreadsheet (CSV, XLS or XLSX) or
copy/paste a list of phone numbers with the quick add feature contact groups keep your numbers organized.
How To Send Important Emergency Alerts Step 1
Create important emergency alerts from within your DialMyCalls account with ease. Our system has four different
options for you to create a recording to broadcast: Record Using A Phone (Most Popular Method), Upload A
Recording (WAV or MP3), TextToSpeech Tool, or our PhoneIn System customers can have as many recordings in
their account as needed.
Step 2 Create An Alert To Be Sent
An account with DialMyCalls gives you access to our reliable emergency notification system. There are three options
available when creating a new broadcast: Create Call Broadcast, Create Text Broadcast or Create A Free Call
Broadcast. Credits or a monthly plan are required to create a call broadcast or text message broadcast 1 credit = 1
call to 1 number with a 30 second message OR 1 text message (157 Characters) to 1 number.
Step 3 Schedule Your Broadcast
Upon completion of an emergency alert via voice broadcast or text message broadcast, you will be able to view a
detailed report that will display the status of every message sent. Quickly reference the pie chart to see how many of
your important messages were successful and those that were unsuccessful make sure everyone receives the alert!
Customers have the ability to create a downloadable CSV file of each report to keep for their records.
