How to print lecture outlines that have been

generated through Prezi (and not Powerpoint).

Lecture outlines are provided as a PDF. Due to copyright restrictions, the link to the

Prezi cannot be provided.

Each transition in Prezi = one PDF page, thus each ‘slide’ will fill an A4 page.

To fit more slides onto a page (similar to the handout set up in Powerpoint), go FILE >

PRINT > LAYOUT > 4 or 6 pages per sheet. This will then condense the PDF down to

print it onto less pages. The “Layout” selection may be located under ‘Set up’ or

something similar depending on your printer interface.
