The now almost widely accepted way to lose fat is to eat healthy but eat often. I definitely agree with the former but not necessarily the latter.

Eating meals smaller than you're used to naturally leave’s you hungry an hour later, this causes stress. Stress has been linked in many studies as a huge factor in over-eating.

A much better way to diet that's not really a diet to lose if you want to lose weight fast is to eat more cruciferous vegetables like cauliflower, brussel sprouts, broccoli etc. and only eat when you get hungry.

Vegetables have volume but are low in calories, for example, a chocolate bar may have about 200 calories (they usually do) but to get 200 calories from brussel sprouts you have to eat a much higher volume.

This will keep the hunger at bay for longer periods. At the end of the day it's really about the calories you take in and don't burn off that make you fat. If you're hungry all the time, there's more of a chance that you'll end up eating something quick, usually junk food.

Remember, eat when you're hungry and eat natural.

I really don’t believe in fad diets, however, I’ve recently tested a particular diet out after seeing a friend drop a monstrous amount of weight right after having a baby.

I tried this diet myself and to my surprise, it worked. This particular diet seems like a fad diet at first but has some solid research and real-world results of thousands of people and one of them is my friend.

The Principle of Exercise to Lose Weight Fast

Cardiovascular exercise is a big helper in helping you with fat loss. It teaches your body to get oxygen into the body faster and helps you metabolize fat for energy more efficiently.

If you want to put your weight loss into overdrive and melt that fat off like a hot knife slicing through butter then incorporate whole body exercises into your routine.

Whole body exercises are compound exercises like squats, lunges and snatches and because they use all your major muscle groups they burn a heck of a lot more calories, than traditional long-duration cardio and exercises that isolate a single muscle group.

I can hear the ladies shriek in fright but the fear of women getting bulky from working out with weights is baseless. You just don't have enough testosterone for big bulky muscles.

The most that will happen is, you'll have a more toned body, with a more athletic look like the gorgeous fitness models on the magazines.

Hmmmm, I'm not sure if that is actually a problem.

Incorporate whole body exercises into your exercise regimen and you'll be enjoying the benefits of a faster, stronger metabolism that lasts longer than if you just did cardio on its own.

You have to get rest sometime or you end up getting fatter than last time, when you recover from your excess dieting and workouts. Let me explain.

When your body is put under stress a hormone called cortisol becomes active in the body.

This hormone is connected with the fight or flight mechanism in your body. What it does is break down muscle in your body to feed itself.

Muscle is active tissue and fat is non-active tissue. This is why it's crucial to relax and get the proper rest. If your muscle starts to burn off that's an immediate slowdown in metabolism and you need your metabolism to fuel its fat burning processes.
