A Three Pronged Approach

• Problem O Past neglect of the Digital Measures (DM) platform

established a very negative perception about all things related

• Solution1. User Friendliness: Update and retool the backend

using the DM team in Milwaukee

2. Tap University Data Sets: Backfill content already in hand

3. Engage the Faculty: Flick the switch from negative to positive

Faculty Engagement Five Point Plan

• Constant Positive Communication (win/win)

• Support, but don’t substitute (teach them to fish)

• Be constantly available (allow appointments)

• Advertise positive advancements (shibboleth, manage data page, etc…)

• Digital Measures Week (light the drinking lamp)
