How to File Evictions
Nationwide Eviction allows you to manage all of your eviction needs electronically. Participation in the Nationwide Eviction-Yardi interface requires that you already have an
active account with Nationwide Eviction. The interface allows you to file an eviction directly from Yardi, synchronize Yardi tenant data with data in your Nationwide Eviction
account, and include attachments from Yardi with a new or existing filed case.
Click on Interfaces.
Click on Collections Resident Delinquency Summary.
Tip: Because Yardi is extremely customizable for each company that uses it, pulling the Resident Delinquency report may vary from company to company. The report also may have a different title than what is shown in the instructions. If you need additional help locating the report contact Nationwide Eviction or your Yardi representative.
Click on Submit.

Change the Collections Agency to Nationwide Eviction in the drop down menu.
Note: After selecting Nationwide Eviction in the Collections Agency drop down menu, the delinquent resident report will automatically populate (it will look like the illustration in step 5 below).
Click on Resident ID to pull up the resident profile page.

Change resident Status to evict. Click Save. Click X to close the resident profile page window.
Check Mark For Collections on the residents you are
filing on. Click Save.
Note: After clicking Save, the resident information will be sent to Nationwide Evictin via Yardi’s nightly batch process.

The Current Collections Status will change to Ready
after clicking Save on the residents that have been marked for collections.
Tip: It is important to note that only the information in Yardi will be sent over to Nationwide Eviction. For example, if a resident is in the military you will need to make sure to log on to your Nationwide Eviction account, click on the resident’s name in the Case Status page, and check the Active Military box.
