You will have access to 2 calendars 1. Derriford ED approved leave (view only) 2. Derriford ED requests (can edit events)

Please make sure that you view BOTH calendars simultaneously when considering requests. You need to check the boxes (you will either find them under the ‘my calendars’ or the ‘other calendars’ heading on the left hand side menu).

Click on create to open window to create event

Use date / initials / type of request format in event box, eg 20120712 Nanette nights

Choose your date range

Select All Day

Make sure you select the Derriford ED requests calendar

You can give more details if your request is complex in the description box
