HOW TO CLAIM YOUR CME CREDITS AND ABIM/ABP/ABA MOC POINTS.

Go to ASEcho.org and log on to the Member Portal with your username (email) and password.

a. If you forget your password, simply click “Retrieve” under the login.

Click on ASEUniversity and CME Credits (This will take you directly to your ASEUniversity member pro�le).

Go to ASEUniversity.org.

Log into your existing account using the red Log In button on the top right or create a new account.

Click on “My Account” on the top right menu bar.

Select the “Add Access Code” option from the left navigation bar and select "Click here to redeem it".

Enter the code “PORTLAND19” and click the “Redeem Code” button.

Click the “CE Information” tab and “Take Exam” to claim your CME credit. CME credits are not earned until the entire evaluation has been completed.

Remember to enter your ABIM, ABA, ABP, ARDMS and/or CCI number and birth date if you choose to have credits for this course transferred to the corresponding medical organization. There is a space for this information on the �rst page of the evaluation.

Once you have completed the evaluation, your certi�cate will be available for immediate download and can also be found under “My Account” in “My Transcripts”.

• P lease note that in order to obtain credi t hours for the sessions you at tended at the ASE’s 29th Annual Scient i�c Sessions you must complete the onl ine evaluat ion process by July 20, 2019 .

• Your ASE pro�le must contain your ABIM, ABP, ABA, ARDMS or CCI number and date of b i r th in order for ASE to t ransfer your points.
