Roadblocks for Assessing Value of EA

• Linking outputs to outcomes is not an easy exercise, and in many cases there are more than just EA outputs that would tie into an organization outcome

• Establishing output to outcome links may require making changes to business processes for some organizations … and change can be difficult

• There is no one size fits all as each organization has its specific needs that must be met and a unique environment to work within
