How do you Log In and create your UltiPro password?
• Website: https://ew21.ultiproworkplace.com You can also access this site from your home computer
You will see the Log In screen (below left)
• User Name if you have a Cranbrook is your email address: e-mail address
• User Name if you do not have a Cranbrook email address: [email protected] For example: John Doe would be [email protected]
• Password default: birthday (MMDDYYYY format)
You will see the Change Password screen (below right)
• You will be asked 3 challenge questions prior to setting up your New Password • Current Password is Password default: birthday (MMDDYYYY format)
• Please note the New Password requirements on the screen shot (below right)
In the event you forget your password in the future, if you click the “forgot my password” icon the system will
then prompt you to give the answers to the challenge questions you answered at the set-up of your password.
Upon successful entry of the 3 challenge question answers the system will then give you an opportunity to enter a
new password.
It is always best to record your user name and passwords in a safe place for future reference.
NOTE TO STUDENT EMPLOYEES: Hold your mouse pointer over “Myself” at the top of the home page.
On the right hand side of the menu that pops up, click on “Pay.” Remember, we are only using UltiPro
