Due to customers’ overwhelming submissions in 2019, the related SAP product management team has decided to not to have a new
collection and voting of new improvement requests in 2020.

As of 2020, the usage rights of SAP Solution Manager include SAP Focused Build and Insights – at no additional costs! No restriction of
users or usage.
Premium engagement customers obtain usage rights independent of ordering engagement services. The configuration or setup services
are still part of the portfolio.

This would also include SAP Solution Manager mainstream maintenance until 2027.
