1. Do you think the fast paced editing in the chorus works well and why? Yes because it match the action, pace and transitions of the song. Yes, because it works really well with the music & gives the music video another layer. Yes, I do like the fast paced editing, it gives more of the ‘real’ feeling to the video, it shows emotions which is a most important thing in the music video. It is unpredictable and that’s what drags you in. 2. Do you think the way I have edited the video makes it flow well? (Transitions etc) Yes the transitions are perfectly matched to the music in almost every aspect. You’re editing skills are very good and everything matches with the music. Your editing skills work really well, it definitely flows and your edits are clear cut so it makes it interesting to watch as well. I love the transitions, the cross editing and the cinematic effect. Everything goes well with music, especially establishing shots. However in some places it goes off beat. I don’t really like the video on the car mirror. 3. Do you think the split screen section at the end works or not? If not, why? Yes, it works really well in showing the transition of the music from fast to slow and adds another dynamic to the video. Yes it works well and adds a more dynamic approach from the audience’s perspective Yes, it works really well, because it suits the style of music that you have chosen as well. Hahaha, there is a lot of it, however it becomes your usp really, so I wouldn’t say it is too much of it. I think it works very well, especially fast paced videos. You put a lot of effort, I think it looks really good.
