We are passionate about food and have updated our brochure with fresh ideas, and also allowing

you to pick and mix between offers to enable full flexibility with ever changing menus to be available

on campus.

We strive for high quality and exceptional service with the University Hospitality service and so

actively welcome feedback and suggestions on how we can improve our service to you.

BU sustainability goals feature in our hospitality brochure and we will highlight sustainable menus

which use seasonal ingredients prepared from scratch in our kitchens on campus. Local suppliers are

also used where possible.

Our team are committed to creating the perfect event for you, so if you have something specific in

mind that is not offered in the brochure, please do get in touch.

casual and all about networking then I would

recommend one of our finger buffets.

Step Three: Once you have signed in, please click on NEW BOOKING, complete all the booking details then hit continue; finally click on all the catering items you wish to order

Beverages 24 Hours Notice, Food Items 48 Hours Notice Fork Buffet 4 Working Days Notice

Orders that can be accepted after these deadlines will incur in a £25 administration fee

Minimum Charge per Delivery £10

Prices quoted within this brochure do not include any staffing costs and if you require someone to look after your event a quote can be provided for you

Hospitality is Available Monday to Friday 08.00h to 17.00h Events outside of this time frame will occur additional out of hour's costs and have minimum order levels - please contact Chartwells directly if you require any additional assistance with this

Any missing catering equipment will be recharged to your budget code

Prices quoted are shown as ex vat at the current rate for internal BU hospitality and event bookings
