How HopRocket StartedThe top executives of HopRocket were also previous founders of a company where travel was leveraged as a perk to customers. They saw travel as an incredible driving force and the joy it brought to families who were able to experience the world together and save money all while creating lasting memories. In 2015, HopRocket Founders partnered with a travel company that has over 20 years of experience. The goal in the creation of HopRocket was to provide members with the greatest amount of savings on travel and other household goods and services along with a business opportunity.

Tim brings 30+ years of vast and varied experience that comprises consumer, financial and web based companies both in the publicand private sector, including Board, CEO and President level functions.Along with being CEO of HopRocket, Tim is currently a director of JM Global Holding Company. Tim previously served as a Director of the Burnham Financial Group, and prior experience includes: Member of the Young Presidents Organization, Chief Executive Officer of Interleukin Genetics, (at the time majority owned by Alticor Inc., the parent company of Amway), Member of the Alan James Group (sold to Interleukin Genetics), President of Rexall Sundown, Inc. (a NASDAQ listed company sold to Royal Numico for $1.8 billion USD), Member of the Numico North American Executive Management Committee and Associate Advisory Board Member of the National Association of Drug Stores. Tim holds a BA from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Gregory "Tuffy" Baum has 31 years of high-level management experience as an Owner, President, and COO. Prior to joining HopRocket as President, Tuffy was Global Chief Operating Officer of JM Ocean Avenue a direct selling company doing business in over 60 countries. Tuffy was Co-Founder of USA based Ocean Avenue, a nutritional supplement company. Operational efficiency experience comes from over 15 years as National Operations Manager for Airgas Inc. (NYSE: ARG), the largest distributor of Industrial, Medical and Specialty gases in the United States. Tuffy started his career in the Dry Ice distribution business as Owner of BC Industries in Salt Lake City UT. USA

Dave has 15 years of international experience in the direct selling industry, spanning multiple markets throughout the world. He possesses the ability to think “glocally”—localizing a global strategy to achieve a cohesive balance. He has played an integral role in launching markets and products resulting in millions of sales annually. A love for Asia and ability to converse in Mandarin Chinese, Dave pursued and received his MBA with honors from Thunderbird—#1 school in global management.

Fred has more than 25 years of senior-level management and entrepreneurial experience as well as 15 years of sales and marketing experience. Fred has guided multiple large organizations through opportunities and acquisitions. A Co-founder of JM Ocean Avenue a direct selling company doing business in over 60 countries. Also the founder and an executive with Max International LLC an international direct selling company.
