answer: There are always forgotten fixer-uppers. Usually these are things you don’t notice anymore, but they may be glaring to a potential homebuyer. Use a digital camera and take photos of each room. You may be pleasantly surprised by what you see or you may be horrified. Remember, new cabinet hardware and faucet fixtures can make a big difference. And don’t feel like every room has to be painted beige. Neutrals are good but you can add a bit of life to a room with colors other than beige.
