How does a home zone look like?

• The street gives the feeling to car drivers that they are driving on a pedestrian area (and not the opposite !)

How to share the space in home zone ?

Golden rule n°1: Everybody travels on the same space at 20 kph maximum in a friendly way, taking care of users who have right or vulnerable.

Golden rule n°2 : Pedestrians can walk on all the surface, without « parking ». Sometimes they have a dedicated path in addition.

Golden rule n°3: Cyclists can ride in both directions even in one-way street.

How to share the space in home zone ?

Golden rule n°5 : Home zone should be a suitable street for children to move and practice active modes.

Golden rule n°4 : Car drivers only parked on marked places.
