WE WANT YOU!We are the longest standing Allstar cheerleading and dance program in Jacksonville, Florida. Home of the 6X CHEERSPORT, 2X NCA, 12X UCA, 4X SUMMIT CHAMPIONS and the 2019 WORLD CHAMPIONS!

Our dancers are ages 4+ and no experience is necessary to join our iNFINITY family! The process is casual and fun! They meet the staff and new friendships are formed. Athletes are evaluated in groups and we encourage each person to do their best!

We teach that “winning off the floor” supersedes any medal, trophy or jacket. Our program is truly a second home to our families, where lifelong friendships, bonds and memories are nurtured.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSWhat is included in my tryout fee? Three days of dance practice/evaluations where each dancer will learn age appropriate choreography to be evaluated on. This fee also covers an Infinity Tank Top, an Infinity swag bag and admission into the Team Reveal Party.

How are teams selected? We select teams to be the most competitive in each level. There are many different factors taken into consideration when choosing the best fit for each athlete. We will be looking at memory, precision, timing, fluidness, ability to perform tricks, performance potential, attitude, maturity and age when selecting our 2019-2020 competitive dance teams.

What is the Infinity attendance policy? Dance is a team sport that requires all athletes to be present in order to successfully hold practice. Therefore, athletes are required to attend every practice. ANY absence during the season can result in removal from the team. Absences at infinity are reserved for emergencies only. During the week leading up to a competition all practices are mandatory. ANY ATHLETE WHO IS UNABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN PRACTICE DURING THE WEEK LEADING UP TO A COMPETITION WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE ROUTINE FOR THAT WEEKEND. We owe a lot of our success at infinity to our strict attendance policy. Please ensure you understand our attendance policy before committing to the program.

We have a summer vacation planned- what should I do? We value the importance of family at Infinity and encourage you to take time with each other during the summer months. We will excuse an athlete for a summer vacation if we have a completed vacation form at least 1 week prior to their absence. If athletes are in town they are expected to be at summer practices.

As of August 12th (first day of Duval County Schools), practices become mandatory. Please visit our website under the “All Star Cheer/Dance” tab to fill out a vacation form.

What is the Spirit Wear Package? The spirit wear package will include t-shirts, a tank top, sweat shirt, capris, jersey, and a backpack.

Your dancer will attend one of the above weekends to learn choreography. Exact times/days will be emailed out mid-summer. Choreography is

mandatory so please set aside these dates.

Hair/Make-Up TBD Based on age group and competition costume choice.

This will be sent out to all dance parents once decided.

Fundraising We offer plenty of fundraisers throughout the season to help offset the cost

of Allstar Cheer & Dance. We offer at least 1 new fundraiser per month. Details for each fundraiser will be emailed out. We offer a special incentive for our returning families- a $50 referral fee will be credited to your account

for each NEW athlete you bring to Infinity who participates in the season and turns in a referral form to the front desk.

Team Parents We select 1 team parent for each Infinity team. Our team parents are the

liaison between the coach and the parents. Team parents are in charge of meeting the team at competitions, handing out wristbands, and assisting with

team functions and communication. Team Parents are not involved in gym

All spectators must stay in the observation room. If you are staying to watch practice you MUST refrain from coaching or distracting athletes during practices. We do not allow gossip or negativity (verbally or on social media) about other teams, gyms, Infinity teammates, or staff members. Any issues need to be brought to the gym owner’s attention immediately. If you cannot adhere to this policy you will be asked to become a “drop off” parent, meaning that you will no longer be allowed inside the observation room and can only drop off / pick up your athlete. If you continue to cause disruption at that point, you and your athlete will be asked to leave the program. Anyone threatening to quit, pull their child from a team or become members of another gym will be dismissed from the program immediately.

Attendance Athletes must make Infinity their number one priority over all other extracurricular activities. SkillsAthletes will maintain throughout the season the skills that were performed at evaluations and if they fail to maintain the skill level they may be moved to an alternate position.


Practice Attire Athletes are required to wear the designated practice wear to each practice. 1st Offense - Athlete and/or Team Conditioning 2nd Offense - Athlete and/or Team Conditioning 3rd Offense - Athlete will be given a new set of practice wear and/or bow and your account will be charged.


Trademark and Logo All Infinity logos and brands are protected. All spirit items for teams and/or parents to wear must be purchased through Infinity Allstars. You are not allowed to make your own apparel with the Infinity Allstars logo or any team name on it. There will be NO exceptions to this rule!

Competitions that require Bids When a bid is received to The Summit or Worlds, the bid belongs to Infinity Allstars, not the individual athlete. All of these competitions are “post-season” which means the team size, skill level and routine will be evaluated and possibly changed before the final event. This could result in the removal and/or addition of athletes.


2 0 1 9 - 2 0 2 0 PA R E N T / AT H L E T E C O N T R A C TSkill Evaluation If at any point during the season we feel that an athlete is not able to perform at their current skill level, they will be reevaluated and placed on a different team. This process will also be used for athletes who may qualify to level up.


Drugs/Alcohol/Social Media Infinity has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on drugs, alcohol and vaping. Any athlete who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be dismissed from the program immediately. Any postings on social media that include pictures or descriptions of drugs, alcohol and/or vaping can also result in removal from the program. When representing Infinity Allstars as an athlete social media posts need to be tasteful. Negative comments about teammates, coaches, Infinity Allstars or other programs could result in dismissal from the program.


Financial Obligation • Parent/Athlete assumes full responsibility for all costs incurred as a member of the Infinity Allstars program starting June 24 th, 2019

and ending May 3rd, 2020. • If an athlete chooses to leave or is asked to leave the Infinity program before May 3rd, 2020, it is a breach of this contract and ALL

funds are completely non-refundable. Your account will also be charged a $250.00 QUIT/Cancelation fee. • Athletes are required to have a valid credit card on file attached to their account. • All fees will be “auto drafted” ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH from the credit card that you provide

through the parent portal. If for some reason your card is declined and we cannot receive payment for the month, the athlete will NOT be allowed to participate in team practices, private lessons or tumble classes until payment is made IN FULL.

• Missing a team practice due to non-payment could result in your athlete being replaced on his/her team. • If there is an overdue balance on the account when accessories arrive, the athlete will not receive their items

until the balance is paid in full. This includes but is not limited to; practice wear, uniforms, shoes, warm ups, backpacks, pro shop items.

• If you wish to pay with cash, check or a different card instead of the card on file, you must do so BEFORE the 1st of the month.

• Tuition does not fluctuate based on the number of practices held or the duration of any practice. Personal vacations or time off will not be prorated.

• All monies received will be applied first to any overdue tuition before paying any other fees. • All Competition and additional fees must be paid in FULL before December 1st in order to participate in our

competition season. • If your child is hurt, injured, or cannot participate in a competition(s) for any reason and we must pull an

athlete from another team to take his / her place to compete, you will forfeit your paid fees and they will be used to pay the replacement athlete’s cost to participate.
