- Hoa Phat Group:

+ one of the leading private groups in Vietnam for industrial production. Starting with a construction

machine trading company in Aug, 1992. Hoa Phat has gradually extended its business to trading and

manufacturing of Furniture (1995), Steel pipe (1996), Steel (2000), Refrigeration (2001), Real estate

(2001). In 2001, such businesses were restructured into a Group, in which Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock

Company is the parent company and each of the subsidiaries is in charge of one or several relevant

businesses. On 15th, Nov 2007, Hoa Phat was officially listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange as

“HPG”.

- Founded in August, 1992, Hoa Phat Equipment & Accessories Co., Ltd, the first member of Hoa

Phat Group, specializes in manufacturing and trading construction equipments, mining machines.

- Products made by Hoa Phat are all produced from modern technological production lines and

severely tested in term of quality which were recognized by TUV NORD, Germany and BSI,

Great Britain for its quality management system ISO 9001:2000 and 9001:2008 respectively.

- With 22 years of experience, the Company owns a team of high skilled and qualified technicians

in offering consultancy, installation, maintenance instantly meeting every demand of customers.




- Hoa Phat is the pioneer in transforming the construction equipments, mining machines into

+ Film-faced plywood:

Made from many laminated layers linked together by

water boiled proof glue, coated water-resistant film for

1 or 2 sides, Hoa Phat plywood has been made by hot

pressing method with temperature at 125-140OC for

high water resistant, smooth flat surface, anti-adhesion.




With the tendency of development and business guidance of Prestige appreciation, the company

always focuses on product quality. Quality supervision is complied in every stage of production

process in an attempt to give birth to the best quality products. Beginning from collecting material

wood to processing, pressing, cutting, sanding, and final packing, the company has been applying

ISO9001-2008 quality management system.

Currently, the factory‟s capacity is at

20,000 sheets per month. In the years

to come, the company imposes on a

target of 20% capacity increase per

year so as to meet best the increasing

demand of plywood market.

We are introducing our plywood

factory, manufacture process with

image demonstrated below.




+ Being

collected from

company wood

supplier, Acacia,

Oak, Eucalyptus

and Cajuput in

the form of stick

were desiccated

naturally.




With high

technology

cutting method,

from those

sticks, slim

wood panels are

slashed for

merely 1 or 2

mm in width.




1 or 2 mm is ideal

to create any

width for plywood

with slim wood

panels.




Wood panels

sorted carefully

onto conveyor

are being cut to

shape 1220 x

2440 (mm).




The dimension

of 1220 x 2440

(mm) would

satisfy every

customer‟s

requirement.




Raw plywood is

shaved to

generate a

smooth surface,

prior to being

pressed precisely

to form the

desired widths

(12, 15,18 or 21

mm)




More importantly,

pressing method

with temperature

at 125-140OC

would add extra

link to form

desired widths

(12, 15,18 or 21

mm)




With a high

technology

manufacture, the

plywood is

beautifully

designed whilst

have been

filmed 1 or 2

sides entirely.




Hoa Phat film-

faced plywood is

good heat resistant,

which prevents it

from being crack,

shrunk or damaged

by termite in

common condition,

It is also high water

resistance, high

flexural, quality, as

well as high

elasticity.




It is not distorted

or rotted when

being long

immersion.

It is light, easy to

use when

dismantling,

installing or

cleaning, which

makes a smooth

concrete surface,

especially useful

for high art

construction

building and large.
