Dear friends,

We are excited to release our first ever 20-20 Services Soft Skills Catalog. Often we hear it is the soft skills that professionals most need to continue their growth in the profession. Although our core training contains many of these modules, many firms have asked us about a “soft-skills”-only program. So, we wanted to make our inventory of soft skills training easier to understand and access allowing you to build a program that would best meet your needs. Hence, the 20-20 Services Soft Skills Catalog.

We have organized the content consistent with a professional’s progression through a firm. The programs apply to all of your professionals including audit, tax and consulting; from staff through partner. Please look through and see if anything grabs you. We would enjoy an opportunity to answer any questions you may have and to help you put together a program to best meet your needs. Please call us at 855-988-2020 or email Beckie Reilly at [email protected] and we will be happy help you.

Thank you,

Bo Fitzpatrick, CPA PRESIDENT
